ORANGE COUNTy, Fla. -- A 13-year-old girl's sexual shenanigans have put a second man behind bars. Morris Williams, 22, told the judge he thought the girl was 18-years-old, but he found out Tuesday that ignorance is not a defense.

Morris Williams' mother wailed as he went off to jail. The judge asked for media not to show 13-year-old Alisha Dean's face in court, but her pictures are all over her MySpace page and they portray a sexy, 19-year-old divorced woman.

"She told me she had just turned 18," Williams said.

Williams said Dean picked him up on the street and after a few conversations they had sex. When he heard she was not 18, he went to her father.

"He was like 'well, she's 13,'" Williams said of a conversation with Dean's father.

Williams said he never did it again, but Dean has done it before with 24-year-old Darwin Mills. Mills was sentenced to five years in prison.

Dean's father wanted Williams to join Mills there.

"One of the reasons for the law is the fact that minors have poor judgment," said Jerry Dean, the girl's father.

Williams' father believes the jail sentence sends the wrong message to Alisha.

"I guess we just sit back and count how many after this," Henry Smith asked after his step-son was sentenced to jail.

Dean's family admits Alisha still stays out late and has yet to delete her misleading MySpace page.

Williams will serve six years probation with the first year in jail. The other five years he will have to wear an ankle monitor. His attorney says he will come back to court to ask again for a shorter sentence.

I know ignorance is not an excuse for breaking the law....BUT, I kind of feel this guy really thought she was 18 and when he discovered she wasn't he did go to her dad. Where are this girls parents anyway? She did this once before on myspace. Wouldn't you think they would have kept better watch over this 13 year old after the first one?

The parents have been through this before because of this same thing? *Please hold while I have a Hippie moment* What the fuck???? *Ok, I will continue* I think it is time that the Judge orders a chastity belt for this little teen until she turns eighteen plus the loss of using the computer. I feel sorry for the next dozen or so men who get caught in her trap. The parents are so wrong in letting this girl on the computer after the first time this happened. The last guy did the right thing by going to her parents, but now the rest of his life is ruined because of what this child did. The parents should have something done to them too by the Judge, like failure to protect the teen from herself. :(

I haven't been able to find it either imp. I searched for both the men's pages hoping to find hers on their friends list but no luck there either. Who do we charge in this case? The 13 year old juvenile who is STILL lying about her age? Or her parents, who knew about the Myspace and didn't control their child?

Jesus is not gonna help her out of this one, because the Jesus I know would have grounded that little snot and given away her laptop to someone more responsible the first time he caught her with a Myspace she wasn't allowed to have, and there would have been no dating until she was 15.

I vote we charge the parents and the kid. Or at least drop the charges on the dudes that slept with her, as long as they didn't go back once her daddy told 'em how old she was.

I don't know how I feel about this one. By the time I was 22 I could spot an underage girl lying about her age a mile off. And I was a heavy drinker!

But he went to the father. But that might have been a ploy to make himself look like a victim when he thought he was about to be caught anyway. It's a tough one.

What I am sure of is that the girl’s parents need to have their kids taken away, because after all this how can they justify their kid still out late? The parents should be charged with reckless endangerment.

AAWWW Swivel you caught me!:p I confess the main reason I posted this story was because of the discussion you and Morbid had and I thought it might be interesting to look at this under different circumstances.

It is an interesting case though and I can't help but feel a bit bad for guy # 2. The parents need to be held accountable too here. She is 13 and they seem to have no control over her at all.

I say why the hell not her parents are not concerned about what she posted and how she portrayed herself. It's public so what the heck. The papers are using her pictures and releasing her name.

The "secret trick" is that I put her MySpace name (11/22 Mz.Jackson, God Plz I Jus Wanna Get Away) in quotes into the search and selected "MySpace" instead of "People" in the options.

That was negative because they must cache the searchable pages. When I used the "11/22 Mz.Jackson" portion - again in quotes - that got it. Her previous name was "11/22 Mz.Jackson, Sayin Look Back At Me:}" When you click the link you see the actual page reflects the current name.

You also get results from public profiles where (whatever name) is in top friends or has posted comments or other MySpace activity that is public.

This only works with unusual profile names really because a common name will turn up tons of results. Because it is a chached search, it only works if they have had same name for a bit or use a recognizable variation.

OOPS No more secret trick! I just like findin' stuff. My version of a treasure hunt.

Well holy cow. How do you find those? I had no idea when a page was private that there was a way to see video's and pictures. Do you search myspace video's or something?

Your profile and it's contents may be private, but other areas where you can participate (groups, videos, music) may be public. I think you need to designate somewhere that video or music is private. I think blogs are also private if profile is. (Just what i think... not sure)

Comments you make on a public profile, videos, music, etc. or in public groups are just that... public.

If you comment in an area where you are not the owner, that msg will become public if the profile owner changes privacy status. SO if you post your phone number on Suzie's private page... it will become public if she changes her privacy to public.

So always assume any activity you engage in on MS is public and act according. Diggin' D'Ds can find you!

That video was posted in Feb 07 which means she was 11 or 12 at the time. Sort of making me pervey looking at it. I know that she is 13 now and she didn't lie to me. While she duped those other 2 guys that got caught I know how old she is and don't want to get labeled as a perv for looking at it.

my sister let her 13 year old daughter have myspace and my sister is awared that her daughter lied her age....she put 17 on her myspace. It pissed me off because I care about my niece. My sister just want to be her "friend" not a mommy.

Wow. What do you do with a kid like that? My teen daughters have friends who act exactly like that. The thing is....they are sleeping around with older men and they know that if they don't get what they want out of a particular guy, (money, alcohol, shiny presents, etc) all they have to do is say that he raped or molested them. Then move on to the next one. They brag about that kind of shit!! I spoke to one girls mother about what I overheard her talking about and her mother pretty much told me I was crazy....her little girl wouldn't act like that. I wanted to slap the shit out of the mother and the kid for that type of behavior. These girls look like they are 18....they act like they are 18. Too many parents not paying attention to what their children are doing...too many parents in denial.
