SAN FRANCISCO -- An 18-year-old San Carlos man accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death of another young man during a fight outside AT&T Park Friday night will be arraigned in San Francisco Superior Court Wednesday morning, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday
Taylor Buckley is alleged to have punched Anthony Giraudo, 18, of Redwood City, once on the side of the face with a closed fist during an argument outside the stadium at about 9:45 p.m., near the end of a San Francisco Giants game.
Giraudo reportedly fell and struck his head on the pavement, and died Saturday at San Francisco General Hospital.
Buckley, who was initially arrested for assault and posted bail Friday night, turned himself in to police Saturday night after police issued an arrest warrant for murder.
