CA - Sheriff's deputies arrested Amber Jimenez, 20, on Sunday on suspicion of dumping her newborn baby in a trash container. She was booked into jail on suspicion of attempted murder.
A homeless man found the baby girl while digging through a dumpster around 7:30 a.m.
The child's body temperature was low, but she was otherwise healthy and had part of her umbilical cord still attached.
Paramedics took the baby to San Antonio Community Hospital and sheriff's deputies contacted Child Protective Services.

Contraception people!!! If you don't want a baby, there are planned parenthoods everywhere that will provide you free birthcontrol and exams. If free isn't good enough for you, keep your damn legs closed!

I am so with you, Kathy. My 13 year old niece does that same crap thing....whoring herself out in bathroom, taking pics for myspace. I had to hit my sister's head to make her realize what her daughter is doing!

Amber was in court not yesterday but the previous Friday and pleaded not guilty.
Amber apparently gave birth in her home, which is about 100 yards from the dumpster. The baby was in a plastic shopping bag.
Deputy District Attorney Jason Anderson says he's gotten no explanation for why Amber did what she did, and apparently "no one" knew she was pregnant--"She lived with her mom, and her mom wasn't even aware of it." I wonder if her mother is legally blind.
Hey Mammasweets, a girl I knew in high school was that big and tried to tell everyone she had a tumor! Finally the cheerleading coach said "yeah, well if you have a tumor that big you should be dead. You're not fooling anyone." It was great!

Stop throwing babies in the dumpster! Put the baby by the door of church or hosiptal. This way, will save ALOT of trouble! When will people start to realize this??
Yeah I just don't get why people who are pregnant think they are hiding it so well. There was this one local bartender that I KNEW was prego's and she never said a word about it, then POOF one day she didn't show up for work because she had a baby in her bathtub, at least she cut the cord and called 911, kept the baby.
My little cousin also does the bathroom shots, ugh.

You'd be surprised at how many people can get away with it. My daughter's birthmother hid her pregnancy. When I met her right before the birth, I thought we had been scammed. I made her show me her tummy. It was TINY. She even confused the staff in the emergency room when her water broke. They looked at her and at me and finally just asked which one of us was having the baby.
