Bob Epley pays children to strangle him with their legs
Quote:
Bob Epley, 56, has been indicted by the Davidson County grand jury on three counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of aggravated sexual battery, Metro Police reported today.
He is the third Metro Schools employee this month to be charged with a sex crime.
Police say Epley had hired at least three children, ages 9, 14 and 15, and on various occasions since last October, paid them to place him in a stranglehold with their legs “in order to create an autoerotic sensation.”
The police report noted that Epley remained clothed during the “episodes.”
The children said Epley videotaped the encounters, which took place at a friend’s apartment , police said . The children all live in the same apartment complex. At the moment, it does not appear that Epley used his position with Metro Schools to lure children , according to police .
Now, that's just fuckin' creepy. At least these kids probably don't feel particularly victimized by this.

Holy shit! He looks like a guy I was sitting next to on the bus the other day when I was taking the kids to the soft play! Seriously, it could be his twin!
Anyway, I digress. He is definately a sick man. And the third Metro Schools employee to be charged with a sex crime in a month??? Dont they screen their employees, FFS?!
I wonder if any of the older kids were tempted to keep up the stranglehold until he snuffed it? Missed oppertunity there.

This is the third incident this month involving sex crimes allegations against a Metro Schools employee.
On March 22, Metro teacher Ronald Boykin was arrested on two counts of rape, one count of sexual battery by an authority figure and one count of attempted sexual battery, dating back to 2005, when he was working at a Chattanooga high school. School officials say a quirk of Tennessee’s criminal background check system allowed the rape suspect to find work again in Metro Schools.
On March 6, Ronald B. Anderson, executive principal of Kennedy Middle School in Antioch, was arrested on 12 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure. He was charged with sexually abusing two teenage boys from his church years ago.
I'm sorry everyone that this is a little off subject but I read the link that TMS posted and just had to comment on this. What is wrong with Metro Schools?? Why would you hire an executive principal of a middle school that had previously been charged with sexually abusing teenagers? And don't even get me started on the quirk in Tennessee's criminal background check that let a rape suspect teach children. Are they hiring only child molesters at those schools?
