A 10-year-old girl was in a bedroom, where a clear plastic bag lined with cocaine residue lay on the floor, sheriff's reports say. Robert Wayne Evans, 33, and Heather Thrift Evans, 31, both of 4814 Foothill Drive, were arrested and face child neglect and cocaine possession charges. The reports say the couple was aware of the situation in the house but "did not wish to accept responsibility."
A sheriff's spokesman could not say whether there were other children in the home. In such cases, children are either placed with a relative or in a foster home. Robert and Heather Evans remained in the Pasco County Jail in Land O'Lakes on Friday, held on $15,000 bail apiece.
Drugs and drinking will just age the shit out of people. These two asstards look older than I do, and I have a lotta years on them! What a middle name, too, "Thrift", I guess her folks must have been Puritans or Pilgrims. Or just cheap.

Looks like "PA" , got busted in 2001 for growing some of that Green "Whackey Tobackey" , Then kept breaking his probation so he had to do 1 year in the county jail for it. He certainly moved up the drug chain to the White stuff, wonder how long till Ma & Pa kettle work there way to Meth??? if they already aren't there. The state of the house sounds like Meth heads to me.
Freakin Hillbilly's, hope the kid catches a break and doesn't have to live in filth and drugs anymore. Maybe "MA" will learn about tooth brush's in jail and how to use them. There not just for cleaning your Crack pipe MA.

I sent the jail an email asking about his status and if he was deceased, I got this reply.
