A Stark County woman is in jail facing charges for allegedly trying to hire someone to kill her husband.
Deputies arrested 23-year-old Retha Hutchinson at her apartment in Alliance Monday. According to police, Hutchinson was using the internet to try and find someone to carry out a murder plan. She faces a charge of conspiracy to aggravated murder.
The woman's husband, 54-year-old Bill Hutchinson, was not hurt. Hutchinson said his wife had moved out of the house over a month ago. He said he didn't know about her alleged plan until he was approached by police.
"All this time since I found out, I go to work at 4:30 in the morning and I have to look out my back door and look around because I'm scared somebody is going to jump me in the dark at 4:30 in the morning," Hutchinson said.
Hutchinson is being held in the Stark County Jail on $50,000 bond.

well i'm the one she is tolking about but she left alot out .like she didn't work to help out .or the $3or4000 dollars i spent on her when she was locked up for 3 mon. for drug charges and all the money i spent on gas and running for aa meeting and weekly piss test and that this is the second time i got her screwing another man in my house why i was at work providing for my family .she didn't say any thank about me having a heart atact at work and they wanted me to stay in the hosiptal but i said that sat. day was are frist visit with phillip and i would rether died then mess that and to weeks later i had open heart surgery and a 5 artery by pass and almost died SO THERE IS A LOT MORE TO THIS THEN SHE TELLS YOU ALL THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY
Note: they have a 22 month old child "Phillip" togeather.
