Default Man Brings Kids To Beg On Street Corner

Quote:
PHOENIX -- Two weeks ago, Robert Bosson lost his job as a truck driver; next week, he could lose his apartment.

To put food on the table, Bosson, 47, swallowed his pride and brought his two sons to a street corner in Phoenix to beg.

"I realize when people see you by yourself (they) think that you're just going to buy drugs or liquor," he said.

It's difficult bringing his children with him instead of sending them to school, Bosson said. very hard," he said. "I hate to see my kids suffer."

This is sad!

AZ has no unemployment insurance? Just out of a job two weeks and already going to lose his apartment? I know some folks have to live paycheck to paycheck but, dayum he's 47 and a truck driver - you'd think experience would have taught him to save for a rainy day by now.

I never thought of bringing my kid with when I beg!!! Next time I go out, I'm so bringing her with....hell, I'm even gonna give her a tin cup all to herself to use to beg with!!!!

Not that I can really throw stones, I too live in a glass house, but I have priorities in life. And somehow, if he's being kicked out in two weeks, having just lost his job, something tells me that 2+2 isn't going to equal 4 in this case. What was he using his money for if he wasn't paying his rent????? Just curious! I'll bet it wasn't on his other bills......

Please....head out for some emergency food stamps and hit up on the crisis pantries. But do NOT have your kids missing school while you are taking them out to beg. This does not even seem right. Something is amiss in this story. Who was watching the kids while he was out on the truck? He lost his job two weeks ago but was already so far behind on rent, etc?
Doesn't add up.
