Demonoid (1981)

The Exorcist and Blood Freak had a funky LSD induced blood orgie and made a bastard child of cinema; and that child's name is Demonoid. The plot revolves around a couple of archeologists that uncover a long forgotten cursed hand said to be under the possession of a demon. Anyone coming into contact with it goes loopy with ravishing grimness, parking in handicap spots without the proper tags, boxing priests, cheating at poker, and using the last of the toilet paper without replacing it. Hijinks ensue. There's some cringeworthy scenes self mutilation and hand severing. Flash cuts of the devil raising a sword pound the head, although I was disappointed we didn't get to see this sucker in the flesh, or rubber suit, or whatever. The acting is hysterical in spots. Friggin zombies explode from their graves in reverse. Awesomeness. I especially loved the bizarro ending. Freakazoids consume!
