GrindhouseCome in and have a seat, never you mind about that sticky stuff that has your shoes stuck to the floor. The show will begin shortly. In the meantime, feel free to discuss the darker side of film - past, present and future. Feel free to check out the Dreamin' Demon Crime Lab for some films we suggest.
Here's a look at Jessica Alba's Poster from the upcoming film, written and directed by Robert Rodriguez, "MACHETE." This script was written back in 1993 after he wrote Desperado.
Jessica Alba has been taking her time off with her newborn baby. Jessica is coming out full force with her role in the upcoming film "MACHETE", Along side of her is Danny Trejo as Machete, Robert De Niro as Sen. McLaughlin, Steven Seagal as a drug-dealer, Michelle Rodriguez ( A sizzling slinger) and Cheech Marin the priest and Lindsey Lohan.
Empire Online reports the film's currently at the American Film Market, so with luck there'll be more word on a distributor and release date shortly.

Very, very cool! I have been waiting for some official Machete news for quite a while! Ths one is gonna be badass... alongside Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriquez is one of my favorite directors! Hope this one gets a theatrical release, I'll be there opening day!

Killbill20 This movie could be off the charts none the less! I have a feeling like it will have a blend of the Desperado meets From Dusk Til Dawn feel all over it. I expect it to be historically violent, well' that's what I'm hoping for! haha I'll bring some more news about it once more of it breaks. Thanks man.
... and if we are lucky Robert will put a couple fake trailers in before this one You know we're never going to get a theatrical sequel to "Grindhouse" (which is a damn dirty same! That was the most fun I've had in a theater in a long time!) but I don't see any reason why this stuff can't come out straight to DVD. Seems to me that there is a large enough market for that.
Wasn't there a rumor that Eli Roth was going to turn "Thanksgiving" into a full film as well? I know most of the internet has a lot of hate for Eli (though nobody has yet to provide a valid reason for it!) but I'd love to see him turn that one into a real feature.
