The father, 22-year-old Arturo Dominquez, also faces a child endangerment charge and is being held as an illegal alien. Both are in the Dallas County jail. Their son was taken by CPS officials.
These two look very warn for 21/22. Seriously stupid behavior on both their parts. I guess mom didn't want to be left without a car as he took it to work. Drive him to work dumbass and pick him up as he gets off. That's what I used to do when we shared one car.
