    Greetings Earthlings!

    Hi all,

    A bit of background: I am not really new to DD, but wanted to be sociable-like and finally introduce myself . When the Riley Jo Sawyer case broke, I found myself absolutely compelled to Google and find out more about this little girl's story. DD popped up as the first link and I was immediately drawn to the site, although I remained in lurk mode for about four months. I popped my lurking cherry on the Caesar Monterrez thread back in May and have been an every-so-often poster on the front page since. Recently, I have been exploring the forums more and have really enjoyed the wide variety of topics and social groups.
    I grew up in San Diego, California and moved to the Midwest just over a year ago. That was a bit of a climate change for a girl who likes to wear flip flops 11 months out of the year. The reason for said climate change? I met a sweetheart of a guy who is currently on active duty in Afghanistan. We were married in April of this year. I love to read, write, hike, and geocache. Moreover, I LOVE being an Aunt to my nieces and nephews! I look forward to participating more in the forums in the coming weeks and months. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
