We already have an overall bullshitting thread located here so please use that for overall discussions about whatever. This thread will be about the Caylee Anthony case only. It would be ridiculous to have TWO free-for-all threads on one forum and unless I simply merge them both, this is the only route to take...well there is another...If this thread continues to be an overall chat thread and not about the Caylee case, I will simply close it. Thanks.

The mods have been instructed to delete any post made here, form here on out, that is not specific to the Caylee case.

Got it. Wasn't sure of what this move would mean, as we always posted off topic in the PP Caylee Chat (I think there is, or was, another Caylee thread for the on topic only posts) but now I know!

In my research, I have found different versions of what happened that have been told – anyone have any others?

Version 1 – On June 9, KC took the child to Sawgrass apartments between 9 am and 1 pm to a nanny she had used 1 ½ years to 2 years. (Official Witness Statement, Discovery pp. 28-30)

Version 2 -- Cindy Anthony leaves voicemail for Sgt. Allen that she has a picture of Caylee in Zenaida’ apartment (which turns out to be Ricardo’s apartment) and wants further investigation based on this picture. Version 3 – August 6, Cindy tells the media that Casey is telling them that Caylee’s life is in danger. 2. What are you NOW doing to look for the person(s) who killed Caylee?

Casey Anthony has hired the Three Stooges to defend her(HAHA) . No attorney worth his or her salt would keep having press conferences to talk about what her defense is. The only people he has to convince of this woman`s innocence is 12 jurors, 12 jurors who could be fair and impartial. I said last night on your show, the defense is making a circus of this case. And I doubt very seriously if it`s ever going to be a trial. ~snipped~

Honestly, i don't think Cindy can explain any of it. Cindy will be discredited as a witness because she has lied all over the place. Does she even know the truth from a lie or is she a non-stop talker and fibulator like her daughter??? I think they are both cut from the same bolt of cloth. I bet you Cindy's testimony for a large part will be discounted. I hope the Prosecution can defend the forensics.

I hope we all meet on the thread Morbid suggested but I also like when this chat is focused on the cases.....

Morbid where do we go to discuss the Haleigh case. I have been guilty of just hanging here. I always loved it as my most favorite thread.

To be completelty honest? I don't follow any other true crime sites. None of them. I talk to Michelle over at In Cold Blog, but not about crime. I became quite disenfranchised with other crime bloggers over the years. I find most of them disingenuous, strange, circle jerk participants using crime as a vehicle for other things. Might not be true, but that is how I see it.

Luckily, just like when we first started, I could care less about any thing they do as it has no bearing whatsoever on this site or what we do. Fuck 'em. Besides, why would I go to any other true crime site any way? I wouldn't even have the time.

Before Sean Krause passed away he made some comments to me concerning the Caylee Anthony case. At the time they were somewhat cryptic, and I did not understand what he was referring to. But there is one thing that I do know and that is fiscal forensics are a very powerful tool. The money trail reveals as much as a fingerprint. In fact I have a friend who is a fiscal forensics expert. I am now beginning to see what Sean was talking about. It is a complex puzzle, and I am still working on unraveling one last complex knot.

Much has been made of the computer data, and Nancy Grace loves to have David Lucich on her show. David is a supposed computer forensics expert. Personally I think his book (which I did review) is a pile of doggy do, and we followed up with a less than satisfying interview. Essentially he told me that if I delete files and traces from my own computer I would potentially be breaking the Law! What a crock!

Data on your own computer can be fiddled with. Hell, I reformat my hard drives more often than most people eat out. But financial data is a different beast. It is stored in multiple locations, none of which are available for tinkering with.

The money trail tells the story as eloquently as Shakespeare.

Jose Baez and for that matter, the whole Anthony family have been ducking the awkward financial questions. Everyone seems to be living the high life, yet no one is fessing up to who is footing the bills. Neither George or Cindy Anthony have worked in months, suspected tot killer Casey sits quietly in jail eating Twinkies or whatever else she can order from the commissary.

There is one name that keeps cropping up, connections that certainly gave me pause for thought. We have foot soldiers working on it, and this is going to be big!

Money is a drug, and indeed this link is a drug. Lets take a look at the ‘interested’ parties. Obviously that would include Casey Anthony and her parents George and Cindy Anthony. There is also the question about who is paying Jose Baez and his merry band of people.

I am pretty certain that I know the name of the Money Guy, but I am waiting for some verification.

What I do not understand is why he would keep throwing money at the problem.

Oh and this same one name keeps cropping up. I am not ready to announce it, but I will share this, he has more money than sense, and is linked to the drug trade, likely Jan and I should move when we launch this article and will need to change our names!
