Inquiring minds want to know. I remember reading one of Cindy's moms post that she didn't know where Casey or George were that day.

And I have to go back to the mall today and handle last minute shoppers who think they are more important than everyone else and that it is ok to be rude to the salespeople. Bleh. I was just talking to my hubby about that stupid woman at the shelter who made the comment about the judge understanding about how hard it is to be a single mom. He about fell out of his chair. He looked at me and said, "damn, I don't think that Casey was really a single parent. Technically, yes, but that girl had more support than most do, so what is there to understand about how hard her life was? Someone else paid her bills, provided her shelter, food, and clothing. Where's the hard part?" I agree with him. It might have been difficult to deal with your mom everyday, but she damn sure didn't have it that hard.

Sableskye- LOL - I feel your pain. Years ago, I worked a second job nights and weekends during the holiday season when everything I owned was breaking (car, refrigerator, you name it.) Rude, ridiculous, and impatient are few words that come to mind. Of course, a lot of the shoppers were fun too. My wife needs a purse - What price, color, size, pockets, etc?..... they had no clue. So I did the best I could to help them find what I thought their wives might want and reminded them to KEEP THE RECEIPT. The most entertaining was the guy who showed up at 10:05pm (we closed our registers at 10pm) and insisted I needed to get a Fendi handbag for his girlfriend out of the case and that he knew I could still ring it up, while he asked me for my phone number.) Needless to say, I told him to speak to the manager as I could not ring anything after starting closing the register.)

Hang in there kiddo! I requested to work in the handbag department, as there was no folding. LOL

Was Casey gone all day, came home, had a fight with Cindy and stomped out the door with Caylee in tow still wet from her swim with Cindy? I think Casey was thinking about getting rid of the "little snot-head" but that night the arguement with her mother tripped her trigger. In a way, I am surprised that Casey hasn't told Cindy that it is all her (Cindy's) fault. Perhaps she will when or if she is ever forced to admit to killing Caylee.

I honestly believe and I think we all agree on this one thing that she left after the throat choking fight. I was telling Rhoni last night the same thing I think Casey left without grabbing anything because she was so pissed with mommy dearest. Another thing I think we all agree on is that yes Casey was researching away to possibly kill (I hate saying it) Caylee but wasn't planning it for that night. I believe Casey was intentionally getting back at her mother and what better way than to take the person Cindy loved the most (caylee).

I believe Cindy knows this and that is why she lied, covered up, etc. because she feels responsible. Now if Casey did leave with Caylee after that fight that means Cindy & George lied about last seeing her the morning of the 16th. Can they be charged for that?

I don't believe that there was ever an official word if Caylee's remains were found with or without clothes in the bag. I have heard both ways. My thinking is, why would anyone say they found a swimsuit and dress in the bag? It seems like a strange thing to just invent. Awfully coincidental, since Cindy said she had taken Caylee swimming that night. So, I tend to believe it is probably true that she was wearing a swimsuit. It makes sense.

As for the last question, I would think that lying about when they last saw Caylee and Casey would fall under obstruction of justice. Any of our legal minds want to explain?

HELLO ALL...been so busy getting ready for Christmas, and really only have a moment, but here is my lates theory....it isn't pretty but I believe this is what likely happened to that sweet sweet baby....I simply can see it...it fits perfectly...

In the video where Caylee sings “you are my sunshine”
she specifically says
“YOU ARE NANS SUNSHINE”

The key to this case is in the relationship that Casey and Cindy have….that is all. Just like the video where Cindy smears cake on Casey’s face…..and then Casey smears Caylee instead of Cindy….



Remember on the 15th Cindy supposidly choked Casey….My money is on the night of the 15th that Casey CHOKED Caylee…..

A scenerio of bits and pieces…..
Cindy says she went swimming with Caylee on the night of the 15th….after the party with grandpa.
Cindy brings Caylee in (perhaps Casey was aggravated with the time, perhaps she wanted to go out, and Cindy sad no) what ever the reason a fight ensues…..Cindy chokes Casey, Casey grabs Caylee, still in her bathing suit, wrapped in her towel….and starts choking her, Cindy is trying to pull her off, Casey won’t stop…..the emotions are so high…..and death so quick….

another optional scenerio is that Caylee died later that night or the next day, from the choking incident….

Casey finally decided to "win" by taking the weapon away for good. I don't think it was about Casey's "freedom" and I don't think it was an accident. Casey is too much of an NPD and if Caylee had an accident, she would make sure that she, Casey, got all the attention and sympathy attendant upon the mother of a small child who dies by accident.

Choking is very likely. It is personal, of course, and hate filled and so frickin' easy on a small body. And really hard to prove absent a fresh corpse.

As for Cindy putting hands on Casey's throat - that could have been the trigger to someone as full of herself as Miss Casey.

Since Caylee looked so much like Cindevil too, I think NutCasey abused and killed Caylee taking her rage out on Cindevil. Using her as a substitute.

They either lied or just didn't remember so they made shit up rather than look like they didn't remember. I have never believed Geo's story about seeing them on the 16th because of the way he talked about what he was watching on TV. Just not normal the way he spoke about what he was watching, like he was afraid that if he mentioned the name of the show someone would ask him which segment it was. I don't know, maybe I am overthinking it but it has always struck me as very odd.

I don't think it would be obstruction, however, because it would be incredibly difficult to prove they did it to deceive rather than because they just didn't really remember and didn't want to look like inattentive grandparents.

Go wrap presents. I have to finish some reports for work so I can send them in to the client first thing in the morning and be FREE (for 48 hours anyway - LOL).

I really really think it was a moment....I don't think Casey decided anything, she just followed the behavior patterns already in place (ie-cake incident)...

Cindy and her fought...Cindy choked her....Casey grabbed Caylee almost immediately thereafter.. and started choking her....I believe Cindy even tried to stop it...perhaps George too...Caylee either died immediatley or within the few hours....either way, Caylee died in her swimsuit, with chlorine in her hair, and clothing, and towel....she died perhaps with a swim diaper on....

I don't think anyone is surprised that Casey won't be "allowed" to go to Caylee's funeral. But I had to chuckle when they said she also won't be able to view the little girl's remains. DANG!

With absolutely no intention of disrespect to Caylee, I think someone should make sure Casey gets to spend a LOT of time with the remains. Like roll the autopsy table in her cell and let the bitch get a really good look at it for at least a couple days. Let her sleep with it. Let her have her "precious" Caylee close to her now - especially seeing how she doesn't need a baby sitter any more since she'll never go clubbing again.

I also believe it happened that very night. I was hoping there would be remains of her stomach so that they could pinpoint when. We all knew what she ate on Father's Day.

There is a reason Cindy lied about the last time she saw Caylee.

I think what happened was when taken from Cindy's home after the fight, Caylee cried for her Nan and this set Casey off to finally act on her premeditated plan to kill her.

I don't think it was premediated...never have...I do think that Casey is not an individual with a high EQ...or high level of emotional evolvement....she is reactionary...not proactive....about her issues, her men, her family and her daughter....

She did die that night....still in her bathing suit....

As far as the stomach, I wonder if it is possible that Caylee threw up.

early today, prior to posting, I was reading stuff on websleuths, the news, here, basically catching up...somewhere on websleuths they were talking about Cindy "hopefully settling down after her swim with Caylee"

Then there was talk of Caylee watching the fights and wonder if the choking was prior to or after the swim.....

Prior to that I had posted in websleuths, for about the first time, my theory relating to the cake incident....as seomeone was already talking about the amount of times Cindy wipes Caylees face off....like saying "i am the real caregiver here"


ALL OF A SUDDEN----I just knew...I just knew...like a light bulb going off....I knew exactly what had happened....I also think it happened immediately after Casey was choked, either Cindy stormed off and saw nothing....or Caylee was one of those few who dies hours after the choking incident...or strangulation incident....either way....
