Good morning PP friends! I hope everyone has a wonderful day today! I am almost done shopping and giving away money I dont even have! I have 1 more gift to buy. So I will be out today with all the last minute shoppers, but sable I promise I will be nice....There should be more people on this earth like you.

I am hoping to get my BROWS waxed today....hopefully I havent procrastinated to long and also need to get the babys hair cut (This will be her first hair cut and I am nervous!)

TT ~ Oh I can sooo relate with your frustrations! Every year on Thanksgiving we have my FIL and SIL with her family of 5 come over. I spend 2 days cooking and 300.00 later they come over and she doesnt pick up a freaking finger to help even clean up the mess!!! She lets her 3 small children break everything AFTER they DESTROY my childs room! Oh and she usually takes home enough food to feed her family for a damn week and we are left with NOTHING! She is a joke and I can not even stand to look at her! She nor her piece of shit husband work....they have 3 children under the age of 5 and live with her husbands disabled mother! They live like trash and never clean their house so we dont ask her to bring any food cooked from her house because we are afraid to eat it! Seriously, they have hair growing on the dishes stacked by the kitchen sink! I am afraid that when she comes over the roaches will crawl out of her purse and set up shack at my house....grrr!

My 9 yr old noticed this year and asked me "Mom why is Candace outside jumping on the trampoline while you are in here cleaning up?" I just sighed and said "That is a good question kaylee".

I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas this year!

Some one on the Casey thread was asking a question in reference to the Anthony's asking for public donations for Caylee's funeral. So wanted to share my response over here as well.

First of all don't they have a trust fund that was set up for a missing Caylee? Remember when they went to some function for I believe missing children and they used a limo for transportation. Where the fuck is that money? They knew 5 months ago precious Caylee was no longer with them they should have had that money put away for her burial. Regardless, even if they did not know they had no reason to use the trust fund for anything but looking for a missing Caylee. So since we know they didn't actually go anywhere in state or out to look for Caylee there should be money in the Trust Fund.

In regards to asking the public to help pay for the funeral, than they need to make it public. You don't ask the public to pay for a funeral there not welcome to. I would even help pay to help as long as I was welcome to attend. STUPID FUCKS!

Now I must get off here and take RHONI'S ADVICE and wrap Christmas presents. Art went out very early Christmas shopping for his mother and I must saying HIS ASS better by me a new puter or I will cry!

They can get assistance with funeral expenses through the FL crime victims services: http://www.myfloridalegal.com/Compapp.pdf

They have abused the public enought, IMHO...

George and Cindy Anthony intend on having a public memorial service for their granddaughter, Caylee Marie, their attorney said in a statement released early this morning.

"The Anthonys want to begin the process of healing not only for themselves, but for our entire community," the statement from attorney Brad Conway said.

The public memorial will have to be located at a large venue, but the statement did not say where or when that may occur.

The Anthonys plan to have a private ceremony as well.
    http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/...,7555287.story

Boy, this Brad Conway may actually have some influence over the Anthony's now he has convinced them in having a public ceremony too. Because I know damn well they didn't want a public ceremony.

    Happy Tuesday to everyone.
So, I'm home with two sick babies (stomach virus thing, I'm up to my elbows in grossness), but I get to miss work so I won't have to decorate cookies late into the night, and I can get the presents wrapped earlier than I planned while the kids nap.
Best holiday news so far? (God forgive me for being a little gleeful about this) My MIL's mom is very sick, so they're going to be with her for Christmas. They leave this afternoon. They were supposed to take the kids for tomorrow and then come over on Christmas afternoon after we did the Santa thing (I didn't want my MIL here for that as she generally takes over). Now we won't see them until close to the New Year. I hope my husband's grandmother recovers well and quickly, and I should send her a giant gift for getting them out of my hair.

Glad to see you are looking on the positive side of things!

Hope the babies feel better really soon - fortunately, at least in my experience, babies get really sick really fast and better just as quickly!

Test, I hope you don't mind I shared that information you posted on the Casey thread but I said the information was from you. I did not know they had a victim assistance program. So thank you for sharing.

I tried to give you a rep. but was unable to at this time but I won't forget you will be my first rep when I get a refill.

HELLO ALL...been so busy getting ready for Christmas, and really only have a moment, but here is my lates theory....it isn't pretty but I believe this is what likely happened to that sweet sweet baby....I simply can see it...it fits perfectly...

    If I may share….
In the video where Caylee sings “you are my sunshine”
    she specifically says
    “YOU ARE NANS SUNSHINE”

The key to this case is in the relationship that Casey and Cindy have….that is all. Just like the video where Cindy smears cake on Casey’s face…..and then Casey smears Caylee instead of Cindy….

Remember on the 15th Cindy supposidly choked Casey….My money is on the night of the 15th that Casey CHOKED Caylee…..

A scenerio of bits and pieces…..
Cindy says she went swimming with Caylee on the night of the 15th….after the party with grandpa.
Cindy brings Caylee in (perhaps Casey was aggravated with the time, perhaps she wanted to go out, and Cindy sad no) what ever the reason a fight ensues…..Cindy chokes Casey, Casey grabs Caylee, still in her bathing suit, wrapped in her towel….and starts choking her, Cindy is trying to pull her off, Casey won’t stop…..the emotions are so high…..and death so quick….

another optional scenerio is that Caylee died later that night or the next day, from the choking incident….
Injuries resulting from choking or strangulation can often be lethal; such injuries “may appear mild initially but they can kill the victim within 36 hours.

Cindy has been in on this since the beginning….they place Caylee in the truck of Casey’s car so George doesn’t find out….until they decide what to do….eventually Caylee is placed in the wooded area where she is found….Cindy wants nothing to do with Casey at the moment and tells her not to come home ….just get out of here…

    And the lying ensues.

ON a side note: anyone who will choke you has the ability to kill you, it is often only a small step…..

“He choked me - but there are no marks.” Strangulation has only recently been identified as one of the most lethal forms of domestic violence. When perpetrators use strangulation to silence their victims, this is a form of power and control that has a devastating psychological effect on victims and a potentially fatal outcome. Historically, “choking” was rarely prosecuted as a serious offense because victims minimize the level of violence and police and medical personnel fail to recognize it.

In particular, recent studies in the United States have focused on choking or strangulation, a tactic often used by batterers. Because choking or strangulation rarely leaves vivid external physical marks, police may not recognize the victim’s need for medical assistance or the seriousness of the violence. Injuries resulting from choking or strangulation can often be lethal; such injuries “may appear mild initially but they can kill the victim within 36 hours.” From When Abusers Choke Their Victims, Violence Against Women 22-5 (Joan Zorza ed., 2002).

    Weapons ** Threats ** Strangling **
    ** Constant Jealousy ** Forced Sex **
Note: The top five risk factors for domestic violence homicide usually don’t bleed! In fact, these high risk factors often don’t leave any visible marks at all.

Being strangled or choked by a loved one is a high indicator of future homicide……
Domestic violence occurs not just with boyfriends or girlfriends, husbands or wifes…..parents, children, siblings….ect

Komak, you may well be onto most of it. I have long thought this was a matter of the ultimate bitch battle, if you will - Casey vs. Cindy and Caylee was the weapon. Casey finally decided to "win" by taking the weapon away for good. I don't think it was about Casey's "freedom" and I don't think it was an accident. Casey is too much of an NPD and if Caylee had an accident, she would make sure that she, Casey, got all the attention and sympathy attendant upon the mother of a small child who dies by accident.

Choking is very likely. It is personal, of course, and hate filled and so frickin' easy on a small body. And really hard to prove absent a fresh corpse.

As for Cindy putting hands on Casey's throat - that could have been the trigger to someone as full of herself as Miss Casey.

Good theory Komak. A good possibility.

Another theory I will throw out there is that Cindy's mother was really pissed off about Caylee stealing from their nursing home account and she really lit into Cindy about a number of things she knew Casey had done on Father's Day, and told Cindy that she needed to deal with Casey's horrible behavior. (Remember- Grandma is feisty and this may have been the last straw.) Add in the therapist's opinion - kick her out.

In turn, Cindy lit into Casey on 6/15 like she never had before, humiliated after her mother dressed her down, and choked Casey. Caylee, of course, heard/saw all of this. Caylee was bright and could hear what was going on and was present for the Cindy/Cindy's mother conversations.

Sometime after the Cindy/Casey argument/choking, Caylee said something to Casey like, "Mom, you shouldn't steal from Nanna" (God knows what after all she heard that day)- which sent an already enraged Casey, who never had to account for anything, into a rage that spiraled and was directed at Caylee while Caylee repeated her Grandmother and great Grandmother's words to Casey.

The rage cycle traveling from GGM to GM to Casey to Caylee. All within 24 hours, when Casey was finally confronted, as she should have been all along, and when Caylee (a 2 year old) repeated what her GGM or GM said, Casey totally lost it. It's possible that Caylee knew how serious this was, and was trying to "help" her mother after what she had heard all day about the stealing. Another scenario.

I also believe it happened that very night. I was hoping there would be remains of her stomach so that they could pinpoint when. We all knew what she ate on Father's Day.

There is a reason Cindy lied about the last time she saw Caylee.

I think what happened was when taken from Cindy's home after the fight, Caylee cried for her Nan and this set Casey off to finally act on her premeditated plan to kill her.

Does anyone know if G & C used the "trust funds" collected to "search" for Caylee, via their Missing Caylee website, tip line, etc.. in order to validate payment of their personal expenses while they were "searching?" Haven't heard much about the "Funds" appropriated to find Caylee lately, but know there was some questions in the beginning.

I am glad you posted it on. I didn't know they had such a program in FL but when reading your earlier post re the funeral, I remembered hearing something in CT about how far reaching the victim assistance was and decided to see what FL had. I am jumping around today and sometimes have so much trouble getting stuff to post on the FP that I don't try too often, so thank you for doing that.

And, BTW, if I ever post anything here that I want to stay here, I will give a subtle hint, something like "post this anywhere else and I will f'ing dis you forever, everywhere and call Arianna Huffington and tell her to banish you to blog hell in her next book". LOL So absent that warning, it's all good! LOL

Does anyone know how many different entities were set up having to do with Caylee? I think there was a trust and a foundation. I am wondering if those are the same thing. There may be public records regarding the donations and expenses.

That's what I was talking about awhile ago. I would love to see the tax returns and see what kind of expenses were passed off as "searching" expenses.

I know at first Lee was excepting donations I believe through his paypal. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken. There was controversy about this and I believe that is when the trust fund was set up. People are allowed a copy of the expense records. Oh shit can't remember what's his faces name with his website (one with cancer) I believe he requested one. I don't know if he received a copy. Someone else may know these details.

Okay that was my quick break back to wrapping. NOTE I LIE

I have had a question for a long time now and never seen it addressed here...

Where was Casey on Father's Day? Why wasn't she either spending the day with her Dad or Grampa?

After hearing that Caylee's body was found with a swimsuit and dress/cover-up, I tend to believe that Caylee was killed the night of Father's Day. Was Casey gone all day, came home, had a fight with Cindy and stomped out the door with Caylee in tow still wet from her swim with Cindy? I think Casey was thinking about getting rid of the "little snot-head" but that night the arguement with her mother tripped her trigger. In a way, I am surprised that Casey hasn't told Cindy that it is all her (Cindy's) fault. Perhaps she will when or if she is ever forced to admit to killing Caylee.
