1. Cindy is the last known person to be physically with Caylee. Yes, yes, I know George says he saw KC and Caylee leave the house on the 16th of June but do we know for sure that he did? NO! Cindy had Caylee on Fathers Day.

2. Cindy has proven herself to be very unstable through her actions throughout this whole ordeal and we know from sworn statements that she became physically aggressive with KC, grabbing her by the throat on the June 15th.

3. KC is reportedly a mess emotionally in prison. (we KNOW its because she knows she is in trouble...but what if????)

4. Cindy is living it up at the Ritz and eating $100.00 dinners at fancy restaurant's-AND WESH IS REPORTING she is still supporting the Kidnapping theory.....GA AND CA THINK THEIR HOUSE IS BUGGED, THAT HIS WHY THEY AREN'T STAYING THERE.....WTF
5. Cindy was Caylee's primary caregiver and aren't most murdered children killed by their primary caregivers?

I think there is definite potential here for (well not me KOMAK, but for arguments sake...)

1. KC really did not commit the murder
2. KC to get the ultimate revenge on Cindy by throwing her under the bus.


Now wouldn't have Casey said something, why go along with her mothers plan, are they in it together?

Why didn't the Dogs track down the nine houses? Why so close, it doesn't make sense to me.....

How many of you mothers, had x-rays of your little ones teeth? I mean under the age of 3.

My answer is 0 for me.

Morning all! Ok...I had my 2 1/2 yr old daughters xrays taken when she went for her first cleaning. They try to do front and side. She would only sit for the front ones..as the side ones are difficult and hurt a little bit. Did my 3 1/2 yr old as well at the same time. Even if the kids were 2 at their first visit...they told me they at least TRY to get the xrays.
So YES....under 3 I have xrays of my kids teeth...so not unlikely.

My mother also says it was Cindy who did it. She said, no matter how psycho you are, you are still going to show some sign of remorse. I told her, no not necessarily. And she then said, well, that's my opinion. My mom thinks the reason KC is like oh, whatever, is because she knows what happened and knows she did not do a thing to Caylee. Weird, I know. We've also thought that she drowned in her backyard and they tried to cover it up. But that's just my $0.02

Putting yourself in KC's shoes, would you honestly believe that any LE would take her word over her perfect mothers?

I'm on the phone with Special and we are mauling over this. WHY would Cindy lie about the last time she saw Caylee?
Again and I've said this over and over, it was FATHER'S DAY. There was an argument. Things that people don't forget.
WHY say she last saw her on June 9th as opposed to the actual time she last saw her??

And I do believe they would take Cindy's word over KC's so why wouldn't KC feel the same?
Also, the script that KC's mentions.. Could that have been a script that Cindy orchestrated?
Also, Cindy said "I gave you 31 days"
Lastly, Casey saying "You don't know what my involvement is in this?" That was the only true reaction we ever heard from KC

Yes I think Casey had a hand in the situation, however, I keep going back to the way Cindy and Casey both used Caylee as a pawn.....now if Cindy has convinced her that she is working for her on the outside.....so that neither one of them get into trouble....it makes sense she is covering....all that might change....

I would say that Cindy has acted emotional....(unless you mean sobbing crying)....however, her emotions are NEVER typical of the episode or incident....IF Cindy is suffering from anything it would be IED....Interminent Exposive Disorder....In my opinion, and by GOD why isn't she being charged with CHOKING CASEY AT THE VERY LEAST....AT LEAST THEN SHE COULD RESIDE BEHIND BARS TOO.

No. I think if that's the case, then Cindy has told KC that if she says anything about her death or who caused it, then she'd really being going to jail because she's an accessory after the fact. And being an accessory after the fact, you get just as much time as the murderer because you knew about what happened and did not report it. And Cindy may have a hold over KC like that because her momma knows all her secrets.

And, still, as unbelievable it may sound, I do not think George knows anything about anything. I think he knows he smelled death but stopped because he is in denial. He didn't want to believe it was death.

The only thing I can conclude is the time lapse between the action and the discovery.
I don't know about FL, but in MD when my ex gave me a black eye, I was asked if it happened within 24hrs and of course that's the reason I called the police in the first place. Since it was visibly red at the time the cop knew it was very recent. He said they can arrest without me initiating it, up to 24 hrs after the incident.

hadnt thought of cindy taking caylee from casey & killing her without casey aware of it . . . interesting. doubt it, but who knows? ca seems more evil, manipulative & controlling each day imo, so i see this as a (remote) possibility!

while searching online i found 2 things on another site documenting some of the last round of released documents that i found interesting i wanna post here.

1) while im aware casey alleged inappropriate conduct by lee in last release of docs, i wasnt aware of casey alleging lee had attempted ful-on sex with casey:

"jesse mentioned that in sept of 2005 kc told him she didnt feel comfortable around her brother lee. kc allegedly told him that before this day, lee had tried to have sex with her. jese didnt ask her to elaborate, but from the context of the conversation, he believed that kc had meant that lee had tried to pressure kc into having sexual intercourse with her (refer to transcript pages 4-5)

2) kc had alleged ga abused her & lee's inappropriate sexual advances towards her in junior high to ca, but "her mother cindy did not believe that to be true"

ok, i totally believe kc did it -but the more i know the more kc seems like a victim of ca to me. now, dont get your panties in a bunch - i dont mean kc is a victim to the extent that would absolve her of responsibility or guilt, but i kinda feel sorry for her having had the life she did IF WHAT I READ IS TRUE. i feel way more sorry for caylee even if what i read is true, but still - it could be possible (though im not sure it is) that caylee was abused repeatedly as a kid &/or teen & she had no one to protect her - and when she did tell her mom she was called a liar. thats messed up. that would also explain the need to lie to survive . . .

Cindy is the master of deception and meanness. She passed that trait on down to her daughter and son. I still have issues getting beyond her calm demeanor when speaking to Casey on the jail phone call. It was almost freakish.
I would have said "look damn it, you WILL not curse at me and you will sit there till you come clean" or something to that nature. Not in a sing-songy Mr. Rodgers voice, "aww suger baby sweetie dumpling, cusing never gets anyone anywhere" -type BS.

I am on the fence as far as Cindy's involvement down to the actual crime. I am not on the fence however, as to her involvement down to the cover up.

Remember, it was Cindy who threw the tantrum over them diving in that area and that wasn't even a search effort. Big Red Flag IMO.
And then again when TES was out there.

That woman knew where Caylee was. How long she knew is yet to be determined. I just hope that LE has their blinders off on the denial claim.

I was thinking... And please bear with me again. I know this isn't pleasant but we are discussing the evidence and unfortunately, that also includes Caylee.

Shirley (Cindy's mom) stated what Caylee ate (it's in her testimony) when they were at her house on Fathers day. Shirley made chili but gave Caylee something else.
If Caylee was killed because she got in the line of fire when Cindy and Casey were fighting, they would know her round about time of death by the contents of her stomach.

I can see that scared little girl being between those two head cases and trying to get Nan to stop hurting her mommy.
Just bothers me about that night.

O/T -- Today I had a HUGE fight w/ my mother,,,she cannot conceive how I can spend my time on this case,,,I tried every way to explain it to her (Type A Personality).
So I was pissed w/ got home,,,,,and then I started reading DD and I don't know why; these two posts - just CRACKED me up ROFLA....I'm sorry, but the owl put me over the edge (flies, bugs, squirrels, cats and OWLS) even the animal/bug world has been dragged into this case!!:

Greta just said on FOX news that the investigators are combing the remains area so they cannot be accused of "doing shoddy" work at trial.

She also said an insanity defense is defeated by the cover-up. An insane person who does not know that killing is wrong, would not cover up the evidence.
