AngelinFL, I was just over at the crime chat thing looking for you, they said you had just gone to bed. Lots of nice peeps over there though, i will definitely be going back. It was funny because i had gone on Murt's for the first time today, and couldnt figure out why all i could see was him and not what he was pointing at, and i mentioned that in the chat, and they told me you have to PAY to see all the rest! I had no idea, ya'll should watch out with that, that is still making money off the death of a little girl. 1) a guilty plea is an admission of guilt. a no contest plea is a defendant not fighting a case, getting it over through plea without a trial, not admitting guilt but understanding that the judge will find them guilty. an alford plea is a defendant not only not admitting guilt but in fact maintaining their innocence, however, allowing the judge to finf them guilty because the defendant knows the state's evidence is strong & they dont think they can win at trial. not all states allow alford pleas.

2) sentencing does come after the trial - but if a state doesnt request death a judge cannot decide to give it anyways later. the judge is limited to the case specifics filed in front of it & cant include stuff that wasnt specifically filed.

ever watch judge judy? sometimes during a defendants side of the case she'll say "thats a good point & you have a valid counter claim against the plaintiff here. i would have given you money in that counter clam, but you didnt file one so i cant". same thing here.

there are a lot of liberties at stake when the state chooses to kill a defendant, so the state has a lot of checks & balances in place to make sure the death penalty is as fairly used as possible. i agree, without a body it would be tough to give death - even though i believe casylee is dead & by casey - what if we were wrong? without a body, it's hard to completely shake off that possibility (defendants possible innocence, even after being found guilty by jury, can be considered by that same jury when determining death)

3 (OT) Napolitano has her head on her shoulders & has got her priorities straight. i like her. when she became Arizona Attorney General, the Dept of Economic Security (which homes CPS) was in the shitter (as it is now following her departure). she reviewed problems in DES, & came up with solutions (including Model Court) which completely overhauled the system. even though not a PC topic, she put her strength into kids & families in need & fixed a problem. i have friends who were AGG under her watch, & their case loads dropped to 40-60 in her reign, & tripled to average 160 upon her departure. given her location so near the border i think she's got an understanding of the enormity of the immigration problem (and its pervasiveness) unlike others. there is no easy fix when you live in a country as great as ours, & our neighbor has drug cartels, raping serial murders, & gangs (who inject acid into a 5yo heart) that people flee from. of course, those criminals get over here, too - IMO the problem - but there is no easy fix. i'm glad a person who has seen the dirty underbelly of the immigration problem has gotten this position as Sec of Homeland Defense.

Sorry to get off-topic, but in regards to the whole immigration thing (i like Janet Napoletano too by the way), anyway, I heard on this radio show I listen to, that there are rumors floating around in regards to why our government is so lax on the borders. tell me what you guys think of this theory:

There is a sort of pact between the Mexican government/drug cartels (which are both basically intertwined) in which we keep the borders open, and in return, the Mexicans kill or get rid of terrorists that try to cross into the US??? The reason the Mexicans do it, in addition to having the US keep the borders open, is because it would hurt their drug business if there were a major terrorism attack on the US (many of their customers could die, as well as if our economy gets worse due to an attack, less money to spend on drugs). I know it sounds completely "conspiracy theory" crazy, but supposedly some people in Congress or something have told this to people under the condition that they remain anonymous. It makes sense to me, what do you guys think?

Hello Friends!

I've missed you all so much. I just got back on today and have been trying to catch up. I want to send my love and prayers to everyone that needs them right now. I've read that some of our friends are going thru a terrible time right now. But there was some good news too so for that I am extremely thankful.

To give you guys an update of where I've been ..... I found out I was preg. and was deleriously happy to say the least. But I had to have emergency laparascopy surgery to remove a tubal pregnancy and then another surgery two days later to remove the rest of the fallopian tube and a dermoid cyst. My tummy looks like its been attacked by a lawn mower. I can't begin to describe the horrible loss that I feel knowing I carried a life inside me and there was no way to fix it. Even though I wasn't far along the pain of knowing that it was my Baby, my child, my life, it is still unbearable. It seems so unfair that these piece of shit mothers can sprout forth little ones to abuse and neglect when so many people like myself would gladly give my life for a child. I already have two perfect seedlets and I thank God everyday for that special blessing. But it doesn't make it hurt any less. I want to thank everyone again for their prayers and thoughts. Even though I'm kind of a newbie you all have made me part of this fabulous family and for that I am eternally grateful.

IMO, I think that's why Casey screwed up and didn't get rid of the car properly, if she was smoking all that weed at Tony's, probably, all she did was get the munchies (all her so called dinners) and lay around. That is one thing weed does for sure: it saps all your motivation.

He typed in that he needed the rooms help in locating a hotel/motel for three days, because he would be staying out of town while getting his van fixed. Yet another thing that isn’t necessary. He doesn’t have to stay out of town, it’s only a 2 hour drive, even more than that, he doesn’t have to get it fixed at all, it’s something he wants to do, not has to do. Murt made sure to give the exact location of where he needed the hotel, and I can guarantee that because of that, everyone in the room will know his hotel and room number. Just like before when he stayed in a hotel, they paid for everything, his room, food, even had wine sent to his room. I think it’s sick that a grown man does such a thing. If you are going to accept donations, but you claim you don’t need them or aren’t going to ask for them. Please, don’t insult our intelligence by trying to be sneaky. Just get on there and flat out ask for it!!!!! I watch his chatters defend him on a daily basis, I watched his this morning talk about how he will soon be on a chat forum hosted by a Fortune 500 company, one that will allow 4million viewers and 10,000 chatters. First of all, i don’t believe it for a minute, if in fact it is true, I’m sure the company sponsoring this has no idea the lengths he will go to and what legal trouble they will find themselves in at some point. He is coming dangerously close messing up the Casey Anthony case in my opinion, by saying he smelled what he smelled. I won’t go into that, as not to cause any more trouble in the case, although LE already knows about this and has made it clear that it was a lie and it wasn’t a remote possibilty that his story about the smell was true.

I do not want to hear or see his following of chatters talk about sites that down Murt because they are jealous. I cannot stand to hear them speak about how there are all types of sites that are trying to ruin Murt for no reason. There is a reason and it’s simple. The sites and/or people that are against what he is doing are normal people, people that want to see justice in the cases he attempts to follow. They don’t want to see him mess that up, just so he may live off donations that he doesn’t ask for. I have seen people refer to his followers as “Jim Jones” type mentality and I tend to agree. Why else would they choose to ignore truths and facts that are layed out in front of them? These people will say that the reason they still believe in him is because they have spoken with Murt and he has told them what they are hearing is all lies. It’s the oddest thing I’ve witnessed in quite some time. I can’t recall a time I’ve seen grown adults hang on every word of a man they hardly know. A man that has been proven 10 times over to be a con artist, and fraud. As I’ve said in the beginning of this post, Murt claims not to ask for donations, he claims to be against anyone making money off of this, yet he is right there with the lowest of the low, profiting off the death of an innocent 3 yr. old child. I believe that Murt was getting close to losing his gravy train, so he has now brought out the fact that he will soon be married, yet another attempt in my book to attain donations, of course everyone wants to donate monetarily to a newly married couple. I agree there is no “set” time to grieve over the loss of a loved one, however, if he was engaged to this woman in Feb. that is only one month after the death of his beloved wife. I do believe that is pushing the limits of the amount of time that is proper to grieve. He is not forced to put into the public, his personal life, and he chose not to reveal he was engaged or even dating until just a few days ago. The problem I have with this is that all during that time, he claimed to be a grieving widower, yet another way to evoke sympathy toward himself. He has told his group of chatters they are not allowed to register to any of the 3 or 4 sites that speak of him, or they will be banned from chatting in his forum. I find that ridiculous personally.

I feel that Murt should be in the background, very far in the background when it comes to this case, and any other, because he is not media, mainstream or otherwise, and by that being true, he doesn’t know how to act, react, or carry himself in situations that other real media personell are thrown into. He has made mention many times of being in contact with the F.B.I. and LE, although the only thing they claim to know about him is that he sticks his nose where it doesn’t belong, and is dangerously close to being in trouble himself, because of the way he has insinuated himself into this case. His group and himself will argue that, yet none of them will ever call and find out from LE themselves, that what they are being told is the truth. It’s a simple phone call, yet they choose to blindly follow him, without getting any of the facts. I’m sorry for the long post, however I could go on even more, but I won’t. I wanted to post this because I see he felt the need to post here, yet he tells his followers not to come here and register, because this is yet another hate site that is entwined with the other 2 or 3 or 4 that he mentions on a daily basis. It always strikes me as odd that he is the one that brings it up everyday, even his chatters ask him to ignore it, yet he won’t and thus continues the drama.

I hope your treatments go well, and like I said, sorry for being off topic here. I suppose I’ve had my fill of watching a grown man claim to be down-trodden, broke, yet everyday he is right there in front of the camera, instead of being out making a living. I find what he does no different than someone out on the street begging for money. I hear people say that those people are able to get out and get a job, yet they don’t see that Murt is doing the same thing. It makes no sense. If you need money, if you are in a bind, get off the computer and go to work. If you are going to go into debt for anything that is not a necessity, I see that as blatant stupidity. How do you justify putting yourself in debt, yet it is just a hobby? I know his response will be that it is no longer a hobby, he is about to be picked up by this big company he speaks of, so now it is necessary to have the van fixed and etc. Well, I will believe it when I see it. As they say, actions speaker louder than words, and thus far, Murt’s words are deafening, yet his actions are tucked away in the corner quiet as a mouse.

As for Cindy and George, I think that they are innocent and just having a really hard time accepting the fact their daughter is a killer. I believe she will come to grips with it eventually… I think George already has but is just supporting his wife’s mental health. He seems like a good guy.. he was completely honest at least.

There seems to be lot of highly inaccurate information going around regarding donations to my broadcast site. (REMOVED) is a free service. No donations are required to view the stream nor are there any fees to chat or view the chat on my chat sites. When my service expands to include new features, there will be no fees either.
I will accept donations if given but again, I do not REQUIRE donations

• KRAUSE NOTE: Murt, there is no advertising of your bullshit website. You align yourself with frauds and are a fraud yourself. Go back and ridicule other missing persons families like you did with the Duckett family and now the Anthony family all in the name to make a quick buck.

I see that Murt says he doesn’t ask for donations but will accept them if given. First of all, he should tell the people that are trying to send the donations, to send them to something worthwhile, he should be polite in turning them down, but should go on to explain that there is no reason to send them to him. Murt says he doesn’t ask for donations, yet just this morning when I was listening in the chatroom, he didn’t say it, he typed it out, which was unusual, and I’m sure just a way to try and sneak into asking. I assumed he typed it and didn’t livestream the question, because he thought it might make it less noticeable to anyone watching that had a problem with it. He typed in that he needed the rooms help in locating a hotel/motel for three days, because he would be staying out of town while getting his van fixed. Yet another thing that isn’t necessary. He doesn’t have to stay out of town, it’s only a 2 hour drive, even more than that, he doesn’t have to get it fixed at all, it’s something he wants to do, not has to do. Murt made sure to give the exact location of where he needed the hotel, and I can guarantee that because of that, everyone in the room will know his hotel and room number. Just like before when he stayed in a hotel, they paid for everything, his room, food, even had wine sent to his room. I think it’s sick that a grown man does such a thing. If you are going to accept donations, but you claim you don’t need them or aren’t going to ask for them. Please, don’t insult our intelligence by trying to be sneaky. Just get on there and flat out ask for it!!!!! I watch his chatters defend him on a daily basis, I watched his this morning talk about how he will soon be on a chat forum hosted by a Fortune 500 company, one that will allow 4million viewers and 10,000 chatters. First of all, i don’t believe it for a minute, if in fact it is true, I’m sure the company sponsoring this has no idea the lengths he will go to and what legal trouble they will find themselves in at some point. He is coming dangerously close messing up the Casey Anthony case in my opinion, by saying he smelled what he smelled. I won’t go into that, as not to cause any more trouble in the case, although LE already knows about this and has made it clear that it was a lie and it wasn’t a remote possibilty that his story about the smell was true.
I do not want to hear or see his following of chatters talk about sites that down Murt because they are jealous. I cannot stand to hear them speak about how there are all types of sites that are trying to ruin Murt for no reason. There is a reason and it’s simple. The sites and/or people that are against what he is doing are normal people, people that want to see justice in the cases he attempts to follow. They don’t want to see him mess that up, just so he may live off donations that he doesn’t ask for. I have seen people refer to his followers as “Jim Jones” type mentality and I tend to agree. Why else would they choose to ignore truths and facts that are layed out in front of them? These people will say that the reason they still believe in him is because they have spoken with Murt and he has told them what they are hearing is all lies. It’s the oddest thing I’ve witnessed in quite some time. I can’t recall a time I’ve seen grown adults hang on every word of a man they hardly know. A man that has been proven 10 times over to be a con artist, and fraud. As I’ve said in the beginning of this post, Murt claims not to ask for donations, he claims to be against anyone making money off of this, yet he is right there with the lowest of the low, profiting off the death of an innocent 3 yr. old child. I believe that Murt was getting close to losing his gravy train, so he has now brought out the fact that he will soon be married, yet another attempt in my book to attain donations, of course everyone wants to donate monetarily to a newly married couple. I agree there is no “set” time to grieve over the loss of a loved one, however, if he was engaged to this woman in Feb. that is only one month after the death of his beloved wife. I do believe that is pushing the limits of the amount of time that is proper to grieve. He is not forced to put into the public, his personal life, and he chose not to reveal he was engaged or even dating until just a few days ago. The problem I have with this is that all during that time, he claimed to be a grieving widower, yet another way to evoke sympathy toward himself. He has told his group of chatters they are not allowed to register to any of the 3 or 4 sites that speak of him, or they will be banned from chatting in his forum. I find that ridiculous personally.
I feel that Murt should be in the background, very far in the background when it comes to this case, and any other, because he is not media, mainstream or otherwise, and by that being true, he doesn’t know how to act, react, or carry himself in situations that other real media personell are thrown into. He has made mention many times of being in contact with the F.B.I. and LE, although the only thing they claim to know about him is that he sticks his nose where it doesn’t belong, and is dangerously close to being in trouble himself, because of the way he has insinuated himself into this case. His group and himself will argue that, yet none of them will ever call and find out from LE themselves, that what they are being told is the truth. It’s a simple phone call, yet they choose to blindly follow him, without getting any of the facts. I’m sorry for the long post, however I could go on even more, but I won’t. I wanted to post this because I see he felt the need to post here, yet he tells his followers not to come here and register, because this is yet another hate site that is entwined with the other 2 or 3 or 4 that he mentions on a daily basis. It always strikes me as odd that he is the one that brings it up everyday, even his chatters ask him to ignore it, yet he won’t and thus continues the drama.
I hope your treatments go well, and like I said, sorry for being off topic here. I suppose I’ve had my fill of watching a grown man claim to be down-trodden, broke, yet everyday he is right there in front of the camera, instead of being out making a living. I find what he does no different than someone out on the street begging for money. I hear people say that those people are able to get out and get a job, yet they don’t see that Murt is doing the same thing. It makes no sense. If you need money, if you are in a bind, get off the computer and go to work. If you are going to go into debt for anything that is not a necessity, I see that as blatant stupidity. How do you justify putting yourself in debt, yet it is just a hobby? I know his response will be that it is no longer a hobby, he is about to be picked up by this big company he speaks of, so now it is necessary to have the van fixed and etc. Well, I will believe it when I see it. As they say, actions speaker louder than words, and thus far, Murt’s words are deafening, yet his actions are tucked away in the corner quiet as a mouse.

YES MURT, when you broadcast the fact that you will ‘accept’ donations, it’s the same as asking for them, particularly on your site where you bemoan the woes of your financial life on a daily basis to a bunch of Murtards who haven’t the brains God gave a piss ant.

What’s worse though Murt is when you don’t receive the donated income level that you think you should, you escalate the ‘drama’ on your site by faking your own suicide.

I’ve been to all the websites that have been talking about the case in general and I’m flabergasted with information now. Some with good information, some with bad. This man Murt has me greatly concerned and I do believe he should be silenced and shut down…..because he is very self serving in this whole thing. I know I’m not the only one that see’s him trying to gleen funds for his own mission (whatever that may be I’m confused at this point) and it appears to me that he’s essentially profiting off of this whole thing for his own self serving purposes. He appears to be a pretty able bodied person with a few smarts, even if it’s to con people out of money to help support himself…..why can’t he go get on Social Security? Welfare? Maybe go back to selling cars? I’ve listened to his so called legal aspect of this case and there are times when I just want to vomit. He knows no more than the rest of us but does have the demeanor that he can get information at the drop of a pin. What happened to the real purpose everyone is following the case? To find the child….or to obtain closure?

I’ll quit babbling about Murt and his mania because I feel the need to vomit yet again over it all…….and the people who support him have to be blooming idiots. Now the focus has turned into his own personal show and of getting married? Someone please stop this madness.

You can state your personal experiences. If you donated to Murt and you feel like sharing it with us great. If you feel used or abused or taken by Murt you can share that with us. I felt embarrassed, humiliated and outraged in my experience with Murt. I came to this group because of the death of a 2 year old child and I will continue to report on this case.
If your friends are still enthralled with Murt show them this post… Help them open their eyes and know that they have been conned, watching a con in my opinion.

I don't know how I happened upon Murt, around the time of LP search of JBP, someone said their was a man who sounded like Kermit the Frog who was going to take us on a road trip to see the sights...well honestly, who could of resisted that?? So when I got there it was in full swing and as I stated before, I was enjoying every minute of it

But I only got bits and pieces,here and there, I thought he was a lonely widower who was doing this to fill the hours since his wife passed. I did begin to hear $$$ brought up.....when Lois rode along - I was astonished, we had discussed her and Dakota months ago, and there she was in Murt's van! And there was trouble to boot - all the commotion w/Cindy, etc.!!! but when Dakota came on the screen I near fell off my chair....and suddenly she began to SING...I thought I was in the Twilight Zone, I could not believe my eyes, at that point I had to lay down,,so after that I didn't catch up w/ the whole circus until now, sorry to say I didn't know what he was all about, he didn't get a cent from me.

I, also, was facinated with Murt the week of the river search that Toothpick was "in charge of". When we all thought that maybe Caylee had been found. It quickly became addicting to me. But, I felt there was something odd going on. Thanks for the "heads up" on that whole situation. I was on the chat room one night when Murt "had" to get a motel room and those people went nuts trying to send him money. Also, he had them pay his cell phone bill cuz he threatened to cut off the live stream of the search for the next day since "he couldn't afford it". Needless to say, the bill was paid and not by Murt.

And Angel, thank you for saying that Caylee was a two year old. God! that has really developed into a pet peeve of mine.
