A naked man was arrested during sex acts inside a vehicle Monday as he was violating a court order, sheriff's deputies said. Meanwhile, police claimed he also used a counterfeit $20 bill to buy an ice cream cone.
He was arrested for that, too.
Jose Antonio Reichlin-Ayala, 33, is charged with uttering counterfeit currency, violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence and providing false information while detained.
Deputies said they found him in a vehicle with a woman just before 9:30 p.m. Monday near the Somerset Apartments on Santa Rosa Boulevard. "Both were disrobed involved in a sexual act," according to his Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest report.
Reichlin-Ayala at first identified himself as a man named "Rolando" before deputies figured out his true identity - and found he was court-ordered to stay away from the woman who was naked with him. He's accused of domestic violence against her.
Reichlin-Ayala also had an arrest warrant out for buying a McDonald's ice cream cone with a fake $20 and then running from the restaurant with his cone, Fort Walton Beach police said.
