A Pekin man allegedly forced an underage girl to touch him sexually and tried to force her to perform sex acts on the Internet.

Eric J. Dzinglewski, 40, of 1908 American St. faces one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and one count of sexual exploitation of a child in Tazewell County Circuit Court.

Dzinglewski allegedly had the girl, who is now 16, touch him in a sexual manner several years ago and looked at pornography on his computer while she was present, court records said.

Dzinglewski also allegedly tried to force the girl and another girl to perform sex acts in front of his Web cam.

Police interviewed Dzinglewski, who admitted to the allegations and said he was on drugs at the time, records said. He remains in the Tazewell County Jail on $150,000 bond.
