Nothing Says "I Love You" Like Burning Down a Neighbor's House

San Antonio, TX - Today, a 15-year-old used a Molotov cocktail to set a neighbor's house ablaze. Why? To prove his love for the 15-year-old mother of his child.

The neighbor's home was completely destroyed, and the family pets died in the fire. Supposedly, the boy chose the home to prove to his girlfriend that he was not involved with the neighbor's 13-year-old daughter.

The 13-year-old claims she never even spoke with the boy.

After starting the fire, Loverboy went to his home next door and tried to kill himself via a vodka, Clorox, contact cleaning fluid, and rat poison cocktail. He is recovering from the suicide attempt at a local hospital; he has been arrested and ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation.

Although the boy's girlfriend was with him when he set the fire, she isn't expected to face any charges since she reportedly tried to stop him.

Maybe the vodka was to make the flavor better? The whole cocktail seems strange. I mean, I think enough rat poison would have killed him. Clorox is a highly painful way to die and I don't think the vodka would have helped the situation much.

And I always heard Clorox was very lethal. I used to tease my jackass roommate about it and tell him not to eat my macaroni and cheese. Since he was always stealing all the stuff I cooked.

This boy has some sort of miracle system or he's about to mutate into the next super hero/villian.

Clorox is majorly lethal, but causes some pretty nasty chemical burns when you ingest it. So you die, but you die in agony. Clearly the kid wasn't think straight, or is an idiot. Or both.

His dip-shit girlfriend needs a psych eval too. Starting her "adult" life as a mom WAY to young and the jealousy coupled with unstable partner proves it.

I definitely agree that the kid needs a psych eval, because what sane person would try and concoct such a mixture and try to kill an entire family thinking it was the thing to do!!!!

But I have to disagree that all people who start off as mothers that young are crazy. I was one of them. I'm a perfectly functioning adult, I just made an adult decision as a child and ended up having to become responsible at a much younger age than most. But I have made it a lot further than most people my age who DON'T have children.

I'm sorry for the family that lost there home and my prayers are with them. I'm so upset about the pets, I hate it!

Now I can guarantee that this boy has major GI tract involvement with drinking this cocktail. He could have burned away his esophagus, small bowel, colon etc. and if he didn't he is lucky as hell. I know someone that drank a cocktail similar and lost his esophagus and it was pain absolute pain for a long time. He probably is in excruciating pain and wish he had died.

Nowhere did I say or imply people that have kids young are crazy... much less ALL people. I said that SHE needs an eval because she obviously has issues... issues I think have to do with her maturity level.

I personally feel that a more mature person makes a better parent. Maturity has little to do with age but more with experience and mental ability to process those experiences. In this case, the immaturity and age seem to be going hand-in-hand. The two things I pointed out show it for me.

You yourself made a generalization that those that need psych evals are crazy. Discovering where you are deficit mental-health wise has nothing to do with being crazy.

Should I assume you have just called me crazy because I have had a psych eval in my lifetime? Nah... I wouldn't mind being crazy.
