Danette Parish, neighbor to a close friend of the family

OK guys, I am posting this to see if anyone can help this family out as it is close to home for me.

Danette Parish is the neighbor and friend of a very close friend of the family. Our friend's children are devastated because they are very close with the children of Danette.

Dannette is the victim of domestic violence. At least two of her children witnessed the brutality in which their father beat their mother.

When he heard his daughter yell "Dad" and then realized that his son was standing there watching him the entire time, he told her to call 911. Mike continued to beat Danette while his daughter was on the phone with 911 and did not stop until just before the police arrived.

That part just floors me. He told them to tell 911 that "Mommy had fallen" yet continued to bludgeon her with a landscaping rock as they watched!

Apparently they were having financial troubles when this happened, and now the troubles are only multiplied for the children.

I added the site to my "favorites" so I can access to donate. God help them all. Who is taking care of the children at this time? What a horrible thing for those two little ones to witness. But if they had not still been there, he would have killed her.
Had he abused her or the kids before? There is NO possible excuse for what he did. We are ALL having tough financial times right now. NO excuse!
