I feel that on one of Casey's many nights of partying, she ran into some shady characters, one of them being Tony Lazzaro, an active member in Bahala Na, the international child sex ring rumored to be run by Honduras drug king, El Xanier Chapo Guzmán aka Zanny.
I think they saw how she was with Caylee, and either through drugs, money, or both...convince Casey into letting them "use" Caylee at certain times. They would "babysit" Caylee and Casey would get money, drugs and free time to piss in parking lots. They would simply drug her up and do whatever they do with drugged up little girls.
But on one of these occasions, another little girl (probably here in the US but actually from a small village in South America) was killed (accidental or on purpose) during one of these child sex parties. Not wanting to get their own hands any dirtier than they were, Tony and Zanny collaborated and came up with a plan. They would simply make Casey dispose of the body and hold Caylee for ransom until she did everything they told her to. So Casey did as they asked and transported the dead body in her trunk to the various locations she was instructed...but she spooked or some reason and the plan went to shit.
The car ran out of gas, causing her to start doing one dumb step after another until she made the mistake of telling these people to give her Casey back or she was going to police. They told her to fuck herself and she would now NEVER see her daughter again. They told her to go to police...they would probably love to hear what she had been up to. So Casey took it upon herself to find Caylee on her own, without the aid of police...but then her mother got involved and made the 911 call.
Yeah...no. I think SilliMari is probably pretty dam close.

My Theory

I know my theory isn't going to be popular, but I think the bitch planned it out and killed Caylee with malicious intent. There are too many searches on her computer for the chloroform and missing children sites before Caylee went missing.
Caylee was impeding the life style she wanted and interfering with her relationship with Tony. Casey is all about the men in her life. She needs them like the rest of need oxygen.
And she didn't want to leave Caylee with her parents as she really wanted to punish them, and Cindy most of all. Besides, if she had left Caylee with them, she still would have had to been a "holiday mom" and God forbid she wouldn't be able to spend any holiday with the man of the hour.
I believe she knownly drugged her with too much Xanax or whatever she used, left her in the trunk for a long while, tried to put her in the parents back yard, realized it wasn't going to work, put her back into the trunk and then dumped our angel in the swamps with the gators.
I have thought this since the beginning and have never changed my mind on it. There may have been someone helping her there may not have been. But make no mistake, Casey killed Caylee on Purpose, with forethought and intent. I believe it was on the evening of the 15th as I do not believe that George saw them on the 16th of June like he says....... Just my opinion.

I have always stated what Sillimari said, that it was an "accident", which fits with people who know her saying they don't see her killing Caylee on purpose. BUT, it also was the type of accident that was her fault because she used chloroform to knock her out, and she knew if she called 911 or whatever she would be in deep shit anyway, even though it was technically an "accident".
I have a strong feeling, although I find it hard to believe that Princess would actually go into the swamps or whatever, that she left the body where it would be eaten by gators. THAT is why she is so confident it will never be found. Lets face it, this is Florida, its not that hard to find gator infested areas.
Edit: Im sorry to call Caylee an "it", she most certainly is not. I was just referring to the body. Caylee is a little angel and will always be in all our hearts. We can honor her best by making Casey and the rest of the world face the cold hard truth, no more fuzzy little stories of her being in a warm, safe bed with the nanny, no more bullshit. THE TRUTH IS THAT CAYLEE IS NO LONGER ALIVE, AND HER BODY IS EXTREMELY DECOMPOSED. As much as it hurts, she deserves for everyone to know what SHE went through, what HER reality is, NOT the bullshit the Anthony's want us to believe. That is the best way to honor this little angel's short, painful life.

and I will admit that they are pieced together from reading waaaay too much about this case...
The one I think is most accurate:
Casey was out partying all night, and either really hungover or still high, was really tired and wanted to nap. She drugged Caylee so they'd both sleep but she didn't give Caylee enough and baby girl woke up. Being bored, Caylee let herself out of the house and went to play in the pool, which is where she drowned. Eventually, Casey comes to, realizes Caylee is missing and 1) starts making calls to see if someone came to get her while she was out. She's walking around while looking and then notices the back door is open. She stops calling when she finds Caylee in the pool. She panics, takes her out, and then a sad, chaotic chain of events starts to unfold. She may have used the empty apartment to store poor Caylee so they wouldn't find her in the car, at least until the smell got to bad, which was when she abandoned the car -or- 2) finds Caylee in the pool, starts making calls for help because she doesn't want to admit to LE that she passed out and doesn't know for how long. Not knowing what to do, puts her in the trunk and drives around, acting like everything is normal. Ultimately, Caylee's last resting place on this earth is the Amscott dumpster.
My other theory is that Casey wanted to party, and used her pharmaceutical nanny for Caylee and left her somewhere. She overindulged and someone (Tony?) took her home to sleep it off. When she woke up, she went to collect Caylee and found her deceased (overdose in some vacant apartment or heat exhaustion in the car) and freaked out. She then went to the house, dunked her in a pool to make it look accidental, made some calls, realized how stupid an idea that was, stopped calling and then placed Caylee in the trunk. I think she took her out once or twice when she thought she'd found a good spot but couldn't decided on anything until she saw the Amscot dumpster.
I think the chloroform was a party drug, used in play - I'll leave the rest up to your imagination.
OK, now I've got it all out. I can't bear the thought of Caylee waking up in an abandoned apartment looking for her mommy. Or her doll called mommy so she'd always be with her. I know the look my son gives me when I drop him at school. His sweet little face twisted by sadness when I leave is almost more than I can bear, let alone letting him wake up alone. (Hell, that's why we're still co-sleeping at 16 mos.) I can't think about it too much because I'd be fetal in dark closet with drool pooling on my shirt...

I respect everyone's opinions, and everyone's theories are believable, considering who and what we are dealing with here...even Morbid's.But, I have to agree with Peeper, in that, Casey intentionally killed Caylee. One would not wait 31 days (longer if Cindy didn't get involved), and unbelievably lie to no end, like Casey has, if this was an accident...unless, of course, it was to hide the cause of the accident. e.g. drugs, sex, whatever. Either way, Casey facilitated the death of Caylee. Caylee did not die from an excusable accident. If you are "safely" drugging your child in exchange for a babysitter, the possibility and probability factors of death are on the table.
It can't be known what length of time Caylee spent in the trunk of Casey's car but, we know for sure, she was in the trunk of that car, and at a point where her body was well into the process of decomposition.
I too, believe Casey fed Caylee to the gators. I can't think of any easier and more definite way to dispose of a body than this. If Caylee's body is never retrieved, you can bet this is how it was done. I don't see Casey as thinking of a "nice" and "proper" way to dispose of Caylee...just as I don't think of Casey as a hygienist when it comes to sucking dick. I do, however, see Casey making sure little Caylee is never found, at any cost.
At this point, I do have faith in Team OCSO and the successful prosecution of Casey Anthony. The best is yet to come!

I think Casey is a very impulsive person. She dropped out of high school with only one credit to go. She got pregnant and didn't tell anyone until she was about 7 months along. She sleeps with guys and doesn't worry about using protection. She steals from her friends. She does everything on a whim with no consideration of what the results will be.
I think Casey was using drugs to put Caylee to sleep so that she could party. But, I have a feeling that isn't what actually killed her. And the reason why I don't think it was the "drug babysitter theme" is because I think Caylee died between June 15-17. And I don't think any big parties were happening at this time.
I also think that she was thinking about getting rid of Caylee - by looking up the websites on missing children and use of choloform. However, I think when she finally killed Caylee, it was due to her impulsiveness - a moment that she just snapped and took Caylee's life.
After the fight with her mom, Caylee might have been crying for grandma. Here she was, out there with a kid, and no where to go - basically living in her car at that point. She thought that the reason no man wanted her was because she had a child. So, she just decided to get it over with, impulsively. Caylee was probably getting on her final nerve that day - and maybe she put her in the pool or suffocated her, hit her upside the head, or overdosed her. Whatever she did, I think she did it deliberately, and afterwards freaked, and then started to plan her story.
That is when she made a mental note to remember ZG's name as someone who was at at Apt 210 at Sawgrass on 17 June. She started to plan her story on that day - which is another reason I think poor Caylee died by June 17. I think Casey was driving around in the jeep that day because Caylee was, at that point, in the trunk of her car. And, it was still fresh in her mind and she couldn't stand being in that car. On the 18th - she tried to bury Caylee in the back yard but found out it was too difficult - especially with all the fire ants coming out of the ground. She put her back in the trunk and moved her somewhere else. Then she probably decided to move her again - maybe to a swamp/alligators.

After this tower is pinged, there is a 1 hour 58 min. gap until 04:24 AM in the data. Again, this could be the phone turned OFF, or the data may have not been released by LE. No way of knowing for sure at this time.
At 04:24 Casey's cell pings tower 21701, then does not ping anywhere until 06:56 AM, but that tower data is missing. Left out by LE? Phone Off? who knows.....

A pattern is starting to show here. Each time Cindevil calls Casey's VM, and then Casey calls back to check VM, the ping data is missing. This suggest to me that LE finds this information important for some reason. I do too, but these fuckers didn't bother asking me if I wanted the info...fuckers....

Woah woah...completely invasion of privacy. We don't want these people getting harassment calls and making their lives worse. Some of these people are innocent in all of this.
Some of these people were just mentioned in the docs, and now it's being put out there once again? I get the point of reading the case docs and everything, but there are some random crazies that will spam call these numbers just to get a kick outta it.

I see your point, however there are a lot of people pissed off and prolly won't be able to tell the difference between innocent people and not so innocent. How would you react if your own personal number was listed there? You could be completely innocent in all of this, and have a ton of crazies callin you. I know they were posted in the case docs, but seriously. This is a LIST of the names and their numbers...of everyone that was questioned in this high profile case.
I am also seeing full numbers as well. Not just the last 4 digits. Thx for at least attempting to clarify it a bit, there was no note on your post about that at all.
