Well here we have a little tale of just that.

He is actually so upset he wants to be released. Thankfully his judge said NO!.

Sad part is his defence attorney thinks that since he did not rape a 2 year old and ONLY molested and took pics of teens that makes him less of a pedophile. How does that jack ass sleep at night. i am all for doing your job but come on trying to justify the defendents crimes because the victoms are older??

Oh and this is Not his first attempt at getting out early. It is nice to know some Judges do their jobs.

From what I've read, pedophiles are not often successfully rehabilitated - the recidivist rate is +80%. So how bout this: what if we give the convicted pedos a big black tattoo right across their foreheads - "PEDOPHILE". That way people will know to stay the hell away from them and keep their kids safe. Maybe we'll have to find an easier word for people who are too stupid to know what pedophile means.

This could work well for rapists, too. Oh, lots of things...The penal system needs to get more creative, I really believe this. We might be able to save money by doing away with jail time for some crimes. Just tattoo 'em and let them walk around in the world .

Sadly this afternoon reading the paper i discover all judges here in my home state are Not that great.
We had one today sentence a man who abused and crushed the skull of his infant daught to 18 months OH wait it gets better He Suspended the sentence and gave time served.




Just when I was starting to have faith in the judges in this state again.

I say they get a big fat bright red A on the forehead. No one can mistake that. We teach kids when they see it RUN!

Posted it by the way i misread he did get 5 years IT was suspended down to 18 months for which 138 days were given credit for time served. No matter what though it was NO where near enough for the 9 week old baby.

As a mother of an impressionable and sweet teenage boy, I do NOT give a flying fuck if the victim wasn't "two years old". How would that useless prick attorney feel if it was HIS (or her) teenage son???
