Allen Rosario is a lying baby-killer

LAUDERHILL, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have arrested a man under the suspicion he shook his girlfriend's baby to death.

Lauderhill Police were notified Saturday at around 11 a.m. after a 10-month-old baby had arrived to the University Hospital in Tamarac without a pulse.

Rescue efforts made by hospital staff brought the baby back to life, and the child was then airlifted to Broward General Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, where they infant was pronounced dead.

Police said the baby's mother, Sandra Davilas, 25, left her child with her boyfriend, Allen Rosario, 26, when she went to work, and he is responsible for the baby's death.

Authorities said Rosario called his girlfriend minutes after she left and said it was an emergency, and she must meet him at the hospital.

Investigators believed Rosario had violently shaken the baby, causing severe internal injuries, which led to the baby's death.

Rosario had previously faced aggravated child abuse, but authorities now say it will change to murder. Lauderhill Police Captain Rick Rocco said they looked into claims that the child fell off a bed. "Our investigators have been inside the apartment based on a search warrant, and the highest height of one of the beds is about 20 inches. The injuries to this child are very unlikely that they occurred from falling off the bed."

I wonder how long she knew this guy before she decided to just leave her kid with him. Jay-zus Christ, this drives me nuts. I remember how hard it was to be a single mom, and sometimes I got stuck for child care. And those days I had to miss work. Part of me wants to feel for the mother, but the other part of me just asks, "What did you expect when you left your baby with a virtual stranger?" Just cause some guy sticks his dick in you doesn't mean you know him, or what kind of person he is, or what he's capable of.

The baby killer was the mother & grand mother!!!! They both had possession of the kid from the night before! Did you know that while in their care the child was dropped in the tub?! Did you know that the mother was a piece of shit mother, the child was skinny and malnourished!??!? That the mom wishes at times she didn't have a kid. How about the fact that the mom was out Drinking prior too while GRANDMA had the kid!!

He did nothing but care for that baby when he had him! you all shouldn't jump to conclusions! FUCKING mother is and always will be a piece of shit for not coming forward and taking responsibility for her and HER mother's actions!!!!! They should NEVER allow her to breed!!

) was magically charged with (and convicted of) murder 2 and aggravated child abuse, was sentenced to 10-12 years and is eligible to get out on 4/28/2020. This must have been a mistake made by the DA. I believe that. That pesky criminal justice system railroads good people all the fucking time!!!

Why couldn't they figure out the mother was the one responsible? Didn't Allen TELL them that? And how do YOU know the mother was responsible? And the grandmother? Did you tell them that? Did the DA not listen to you?

Tell ME. I will listen. Maybe I'll agree and we could work together on getting Allen out.

I was joking when I wrote you scared her off. She was on when you posted. By the time I hit post, she was gone, never to return it seems! I was hoping she'd come back and I am surprised she got intimidated so easily. I guess she's not the believer I thought her to be!

The child's mother, Sandra Davilas, has supported Rosario since the incident..."I don't believe that he would have ever intentionally or physically hurt my son," Davilas, 26, of Fort Lauderdale, said through tears after the verdict. "All he did was show my son love and care for him just like a father should."

HOW can a mother defend him seeing that her baby was bleeding from the eyes? the eyes for ffs! my god, sounds like they deserve each other.
