Larry Neeley used furniture wrong; Toddler dies.

Yes, my fellow Demonites, another ‘the furniture did it' toddler killing. Same story, girlfriend leaves four small children in the care of her boyfriend. Mom left the four children in his care because she had to work and within that first hour the toddler was killed. Larry Neeley said the boy was climbing on a bunk bed when he pulled him down by the arm and slammed him into a dresser then to the floor.

Poor little Jason Hall didn’t have a chance of survival against a thirty-five –year old who threw the toddler into a piece of furniture. Medical personnel were called to the toddlers residence where they found the child unresponsive in his bedroom. The child was transported by ambulance to St. Francis Hospital, where he died from blunt force trauma to his abdomen causing his liver to rupture.
    .

First-degree murder charge has been filed and Neeley remains in the Tulsa Jail on $1 million bail.

I don't think so, but you may be right or he could have been crying because he was caught and is thinking about Bubba raping him if he gets sent to prison.

One day, Larry Neeley make his bed in cell. Suddenly he feel something on his butt. His pants rip off immediately. And then he feel something into his anal.

    "What's that!!?" he cried.

"It's call anal-raping, sweetheart.." Bubba laughed.

    "Oh, why why?" Larry cried.

Budda said, "Just because you deserved it, you child-beating asshole."

Wow, what a dick. In my opinion this guy deserves to be anally raped.

He's going to have to carve a shank out of his toothbrush...

Jason was only 20 months old.

The two older children were Jason's brothers who were five and seven. The other was Neeley's daughter who is three. They are currently in protective custody.

Those poor children having to witness that, such a horrible POS that man is.

A Tulsa man has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of a 19-month-old boy.

After deliberations Monday evening, a jury found Larry Neeley guilty. The Tulsa County District Court jury took several hours to decide his fate, but settled on a sentence of life in prison with parole.
    [...]

J.J. Hall's body was smashed against a bedroom dresser. His liver was lacerated and the toddler died within minutes. Doctors say the injuries were equal to the damage done in a car crash.

Larry Neeley admitted to pulling little J.J. off his bunk bed, but says he never meant for the boy to get hurt.

Jurors didn't believe his story, and refused to reduce the charge to second-degree manslaughter.
    [...]

Jurors recommended life with parole. That's the minimum possible sentence for first-degree murder.

Larry Neeley would have to spend 38 years in prison before he's eligible for parole.

    Judge William Kellough changes sentence

Larry Neeley will most likely spend less than ten years in prison despite a jury recommendation of 38 years.
In changing the sentence, Judge Kellough said Neeley was remorseful and had no history of abuse towards children.

The judge cited a state law that allows him to overturn a jury's sentence recommendation in a unique case.

J.J.'s family couldn't believe the decision and says the judge has let them down.

"This judge is a murder lover. He's destined to set loose every murder that comes in his courtroom," said Clifford Weber, J.J.'s grandfather.

I have no thanks, so DV and Madea thank you for the pictures, JJ was so precious.

One thing, as a mother, I don't think I'd leave my 3 kids with my boyfriend along with his child to be cared for, unless, I was certain and had observed he could handle the children. Not excusing his killing baby ways by NO means. Just when I leave baby boy with hubs, I almost always do so when baby is napping and and I leave instructions as to how to care for him, snacks, activities, etc. and if a nap is needed how and when to put him down. I did this much with my first born as he was far needier baby. Not that hubs wasn't capable of handling things but I always wanted the time to pass as easy as possible and honestly, I just think if it ain't me caring for baby its just not good enough.

It's a disgrace what the judge did reducing his time before parole. Baby JJ was a person too, not just a baby who was innocent and helpless, but a person who deserves justice. Baby JJ died from his injuries, tho quick, he suffered no doubt. Doesn't that count for something? I wonder if the older siblings witnessed exactly what happened? So tragic for them and the mother, the saddest part is JJ lost his life and there's no changing that.

    Angel kisses sweet one...
