Now this is a woman with an alleged agenda. And a portent for using a car as the deadly weapon it can be.

At first, it simply appeared to be a horrible accident in Placerville, California. 23-year-old Melissa Nicole Nichols' car collided messily with 23-year-old Anthony James Payne's motorcycle, which was heading towards her, resulting in the young man's death. The unfortunate woman ended up killing the man she was dating. Horrible, accidental, simple and clean(ish), right?

Ah, but no! Upon further investigation, police found witnesses that attested to the fact that Melissa and Anthony had been seen the two talking on Carson Road near East County Road before the accident. The two young motorists left in opposite directions, but at some point Anthony decided to turn his motorcycle around and head towards his girlfriend. Then Melissa's car veered into the lane Anthony's motorcycle was occupying and struck it. Hard.

He was thrown a good 200 feet and pronounced dead at the scene.

Holy shit. That is brutal. Hitting a motorcycle head on? She must have smashed him to bits. I hope this cunt goes to prison for a long, long time and never reproduces.

I am having a tough time figuring out how this was a head on crash. If they left in opposite directions and he turned around he would be catching up to her.

Maybe. Sometimes family members take it over, which is disturbing and wrong on many levels, in my opinion. There's a kid in jail for killing his gf's baby right now (trying to remember name--Justin something) and I sent a message on MySpace--nowhere else to vent. I got a message back telling me he didn't do it ... even though he's definitely still in jail. My guess is his mom or someone like that.
