Jeremy Douglass is a peeper with a video camera

According to a police report, Jeremy Douglass, 30, admitted to making the video tape and that no one knew they were being recorded.

His 26-year-old girlfriend found video footage of her breasts. She was sleeping in the video and never gave Douglass permission, the report says.

On the same tape, the girlfriend found footage of other unsuspecting victims "in various stages of undress." The images were shot from outside windows through partially closed blinds, according to the report.

The victims have yet to be identified, but police believe they may be residents of the same apartment complex on the corner of West Galveston and North Federal streets in Chandler.

Police found eight additional "suspicious" video tapes, three ounces of marijuana and glass pipes, according to the report. Douglass was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Douglass has been previously convicted for a DUI, felony theft, burglary, reckless driving and suspended drivers license, according to the report.
