Valerio Rodriguez gropes boy in restroom, doesn't show up for court - shocking!

So you are standing there minding your own business going to the bathroom and all of a sudden an arm reaches under the wall and starts to rub your leg, freaky right, now imagine you are only four. You scream out and thank goodness your dad is right there in the restroom. He bursts in and punches the sick pervert rubbing your leg several times. Well the next thing you know your Dad is being arrested for protecting you and they let the sick pervert go and tell him to come back later to be punished. And of course he doesn't. This is our Justice system. Fucked UP!!!!!!!

BOSTON -- A Rhode Island man accused of inappropriately touching a 4-year-old boy in a bathroom at a local grocery store failed to show up for his arraignment in Taunton District Court on Tuesday.

Valerio Rodriguez, 71, of Providence, R.I., was charged with indecent assault and battery after he allegedly reached under a bathroom partition at Market Basket and touched the boy on his leg while the boy was standing on a bucket using a urinal.

The man is an employee at the grocery store.

The boy’s father, Jason R. Beatrice, 31, of Raynham, who was also in the bathroom, told police he forced open the stall and punched Rodriguez several times.

Police charged Beatrice with assault. Police said they empathized with the boy's father, but would have preferred if Beatrice had detained the suspect until police arrived.

A default warrant was issued for Rodriguez on Tuesday.

Beatrice is scheduled to be arraigned on July 31.
Oh and one more thing, YAY JASON BEATRICE!!!!!

    Niiiiiiice.
I would have done the same fucking thing...except I probably would have drowned the SOB in the toilet.

    More info....

Rodriguez suffered a minor cut to his lip and a welt on his forehead.

Through a Spanish interpreter, he admitted he was wrong for touching the boy but said he was “only fooling around,” the police report says.

On July 5, a man in a white station wagon was seen distributing a flier around town, warning the public that he found the man still working at the store on July 4, “pushing a mop bucket and smiling at children.”

Police Chief Lou Pacheco said he could not comment on an ongoing investigation.
But he said he had seen the flier.

“Somebody dropped one off at the station,” he said.

    Police charged Beatrice with assault.
...and if the Dad did nothing he would be charged as an accomplice.
I thought in the US we had the right to defend ourselves and our dependants. The Dad had no idea if the guy had a gun or knife.... WTF?
I really hope the charges get dropped against the Dad and the store gets rid of the "mop pusher".

I personally would have shoved his broom up his ass, ripped his dick off and shoved it down his throat, strung him up like a fuckin pig on a rotisserie and cooked his ass, so I guess I would be in a little bit more trouble.......lol

    Angry

    oh God,

this reminds me of those people who watched the dad stomp his kid to death. Stupid cops, seriously. Would they say, "we would rather you called us and detained him" in this instance?

It was the heat of the moment. I'm sure if I saw anyone touching any child that way I would have done the same thing.

    This really irritates me.

No wonder when people witness a crime, they don't just watch and do nothing. they don't want to get in trouble.

    bleh!
