Brandon Aaron Kelly was caught in the act

FORT SMITH, Ark. -- Fort Smith police said Brandon Aaron Kelly, 19, of Forth Smith, attacked two men, sexually assaulted them and then raped a woman at an apartment in the 600 block of North 12th Street.

During that fight, Kelly seriously injured the men, beating them with "his hands, feet and various objects in the room," including a VCR and a TV.

Detectives said there is evidence Kelly also sexually assaulted the two men.

Investigators said when they arrived at the scene Wednesday morning, they caught Kelly in the act of raping a woman at that residence.

The two men and the woman were transported to a Fort Smith hospital.

Kelly was arrested and booked at the Sebastian County Jail..
