And lives have been expendible for possessions and land for a long, long time.

For the record, you may think I'm a nancy, but I don't have any problem shooting in the back. When I shot Dave? I was shooting at the closest guy running from me.....am I a nancy? HA!
Problem is, you can't kill someone for identity theft or property damage. That's considered murder. It's also considered murder in MANY states if you shoot someone in the back for stealing property.

To take a page from swivel's book - Just because something's been legal does not make it right. Slavery was legal for a long, long time.

As for you, you're not a nancy, but you're sure as hell no moral authority. Measuring right or wrong by your actions makes about as much sense to me as trying to construct a house with with a ruler hand-drawn by a blind person. ;)

Not clear what a nancy is but you're a blemish on the record of responsible firearms owners everywhere when you blindly shoot the closest target. I am shocked one can so cavalierly brag on shooting a friendly.

Its vigilantism when one broken law leads to tossing out all laws. All for your stuff, how chivalrous.

Just a tip, shoot the guy out front and the other dude will be much more likely to surrender.

The mistake wasn't mine. He never should've ran, he knew I was aiming to shoot whoever was there. As for the tip? Lofl. Shooting who is in front to get the other one to surrender? We weren't in Iraq, and quite frankly, that sounds like someone who lives in their basement all their lives giving advice on how to be a professional home commando, because they own a kitana they bought from a mall and an airsoft gun. Not saying that's you at all, just saying that's how it comes across.

These were hoods who were stealing for weeks, and terrorizing a neighborhood. Now, I've been both in the military and I've dealt with plenty of home troubles with guns and such. When kids hear the crack of the gun, they run. They run like mad. We weren't soldiers. And when its night, and my friend knows that when I see them, Im going to shoot one of them, and then a kid yells out and runs because he sees me, and everyone begins flying in different directions...well....he shouldn't have run. He was supposed to be in a spot and stay there. So yeah. I shot the motherfucker closest to me running AWAY from me. Without the intention of lining up and shooting the guy ahead of him, to play video games of MAKE 'EM SURRENDER! I didnt care about lining them all up for interrogations, dude, this was in the middle of the night in the city suburbs. I just wanted to score one hit. Got the wrong guy. Shit happens.

As for vigilantism? Dude. I'm for that. But I've never in my life played victim. I've not let moral quandaries distract me from doing what I think is right for me and my loved ones. It's worked out well for me, and it's worked out poorly for me. I don't regret a bit of it. Cavalier about shooting a friendly? THat dude still is a dear friend. And to this day, he knows he did wrong. I don't feel bad about it at all.

And as for all of this, if you guys love being victims, that's great. Fact is, I don't value someone's life over my things if they're trying to steal them. It's really that simple.

ANd you are? Please. We BOTH know better, so don't pretend.

And just because something is ILLEGAL, doesn't make it WRONG.

In comparison? I'm the Virgin fucking Mary. :p

...and, no, something being illegal does not make it wrong. It makes it illegal. Which is exactly what shooting someone in the back is for any reason in Washington State. :)
