MILWAUKEE – Three year old Richarianna Ramsey lives on the north side. Her mother says she was taken to a barbecue with a person nicknamed “Skittles” and when her mom went to pick her up, both she and “Skittles” were gone.

Richarianna was last seen wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt with the words “Baby Phat” printed many times on it. She was also wearing black Nike shoes with lime green laces.

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police said they have found a missing 3-year-old girl. More details will be released shortly.

Richarianna J. Ramsey, 3, had last seen at about 6 p.m. Wednesday near 24th and Locust streets.

She was wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt with the words "Baby Phat" printed many times in gold letters and black Nikes with green laces.

Police said she was with a baby sitter and family friend named Ladiamond, who goes by the nickname "Skittles."

The mother told police Skittles has been allowed to baby-sit the girl in the past. Investigators said Skittles was supposed to take the child to a barbeque and would meet up with the mother later.

Investigators said Skittles is 5 feet tall and weighs 120 pounds. She was wearing dark blue jean shorts with black tights and white sandals.

Police said the mother searched for them all night because she thought she had to wait 24 hours to report a missing child.

Milwaukee police said there is no such thing as a 24-hour wait period to report a missing person.

MILWAUKEE - A missing 3-year-old girl has been found after her baby sitter was arrested for shoplifting in a Milwaukee suburb.

Milwaukee police say Richarianna Ramsey was found Friday afternoon at a store in Wauwatosa after her 14-year-old baby sitter and a 16-year-old boy were arrested for shoplifting.

Police say the case will be referred to the district attorney's office for possible charges against the sitter and to the child welfare bureau.
