St. Louis Swingers' Party Goes South

The past couple days have been tough in the Lou region... murder/suicide involving 3 kids and their mom, a guy killed another guy over a bag of Cheetos, two women murdered and a child left alone in the gore...
But I have to post this one. From KMOV news channel 4 (CBS)-

Fenton (KMOV.com) -- St. Louis County Police officers were called to the Stratford Inn hotel in Fenton last Sunday because of an argument. It turns out those who were arguing were attending a swingers event.

According to police one of the participants had been kicked out of the event and when he returned to retrieve some of his belongings there was an argument and police say he threw a bottle at another swinger.

The suspect was charged with 3rd degree assault. Police say the suspect was attending his first swingers event and was thrown out because he had complained that most of the other swingers were overweight and unattractive and that made him uncomfortable.

(Fenton is a rather red-neck suburb of St. Louis, home to the Caterpillar factory, the shuttered Chrysler plant, and host of other industries... and the infamous Stratford Inn. I had a job interview at the bar there once, and my husband threw a fit that it wouldn't even be safe to park the car there, never mind that hubby's job involved driving around and buying foreclosures in the worst parts of the City. I skipped the interview. I am a terrible waitress anyway.)

Being a "swingers" event you would assume they would all be about peace, LOVE, and happiness, LOL! There is no room for violence at these sorts of events, LOL

Swingers are not about "love". They are about recreational sex. And it is the novice who was being rude. I don't blame them one bit for ejecting him.

Not entirely correct... Many Swingers are into "polyamorous" relationships that are as strong as any conventional relationships. As for the idiot, he needed to be ejected!

I agree with Abroad. None of the swingers I know are in polyamorous relationships, they're in it for the casual sex. In addition, none the friends I have who are in polyamorous relations, swing...they're all faithful within their relationship.
