Richard Hawn Arrested For Throwing Puppy Over Fence At Animal Shelter

Surveillance footage helped catch a Louisiana man on Wednesday for allegedly heaving a small dog over the fence at an animal shelter.

Richard Hawn, 38, is allegedly the man seen on the Capital Area Animal Welfare Society's security cameras throwing the puppy into the enclosure last weekend, the Advocate reported.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office told Fox 8 Live that an anonymous caller had notified them of Hawn's name and address after seeing a report about the incident on the news.

Hawn was charged with cruelty to animals and with traffic warrants.

The mistreated pup has been nicknamed Jimmy by shelter workers who say he's in good condition. He will be available for adoption Saturday, Glenda Parks, a board member of the society, told the Advocate.

First hit Richard Hawn in the throat. While in shock. Take a knife and carve a hole directly in the back of his neck. Then slowly insert my fingers into the hole and start tugging on his spine. Find where a rough area is that seems to be sharp and sticking into the middle back area. Use the knife to cut into that area and then disconnet the tissues holding onto the spine. Then take the spine out of there back with your fingers.

Now he's lost very little blood and still alive. But has no spine. Now we take both our thumbs. And place them anywhere under a rib. And pull up very hard and them push it back. Puntureing all alot of organs. Now where the ribs punctured holes in his back. Pour gasoline on it and down the hole we cut for his spine. And into his mouth.

Now bend back and break off all of his fingers. Use the bones to sick into his eyes and slowly carve holes in his eyes. Now pour gas into his eye sockets. And do the same for nose. Now take the knife and slice off his tones. Take his pinkey toe bone and jam it into his dick-hole. And then pour more gass into his mouth. Now slit his wrist and pour gas into the wrist slittings. Now stick black-cats into the hole we put on the spine area and into the fingersockets. And rib puncture holes. Stick a ciggrette into Richard Hawn's mouth. Light it. Now he'll be on fire on the inside. Watch as guts shoot out of his back as the black cats go off.

Now Richard Hawn is dead.

What a sorry shit he is. He needs a fucking beat down. I hope the animal cruelty laws are more strict in Louisiana than here in Mississippi. I remember a case a few years back about some assholes that tortured a litter of kittens...I can't remember all that they did, but I know they super glued their eyes shut. People were in an uproar over this and what these sorry fucks were charged with.

Jimmy's probably a hell of a lot better off, even WITH the toss, than he would have been with that scumbag asshole. >:( I bet he'll be adopted right quick; I'd snag him in a second if I didn't already have a Cupcake, a Luna and a Tibble. <3
