Kentucky State Police said a preliminary autopsyrevealed Sarah Hart, 31, was 10 to 11 weeks pregnant at the time she was killed.
Hart's body was discovered at 12:14 p.m. EST in a ravine off US 0127.
Hart had been running with her sister around 6:30 a.m. EST Thursday and had told her she was not feeling well. Hart turned around and stop running. Her sister continued her run and returned later to see how Hart was doing. When her sister was unable to find her, a search began.
Christopher W. Allman, 28, of Jamestown, KY, has been charged with murder in Hart's death.
Allman is also charged with robbery, kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence. Russell Springs Police said Allman admitted killing Hart in order to steal money from her.
More charges are likely to follow pending the final autopsy results.

Kentucky State Police said 28-year-old Christopher W. Allman of Jamestown was arrested Thursday in the death of Sarah B. Hart of Jamestown. He was also charged with robbery, kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence and lodged in the Russell County Jail.
State police said Hart was reported missing Thursday morning after dropping out of a run along U.S. 127 with her sister, saying she wasn't feeling well. Police said the sister continued running then returned to check on her sister but couldn't find her.

A state police citation says Allman admitted attacking and killing hart for the purpose of taking her money. The report lists marijuana as a factor in the case.
Allman has lengthy criminal history, including charges of grand theft of a car and burglary in Florida.
