I would attack that man molesting my daughter if I caught him in the act. I'd grab whatever was handy to knock the ever living

I think a contribution to the perp dying would be the level of anxiety and excitement he was feeling at the moment -- knowing people are nearby and he is trying desperately to get at this young child. His blood pressure certianly should of been high, so a beat down or repeated head punches just might indeed kill him quicker than normal.

If he wouldn't of died, he would of got less jail time if convicted of a crime due to it being caught in the act, one word against another, and him being assaulted. He would of shortly been released as a level 3 offender and then later, committed a grosser crime!!!! Thank goodness he died!

Problem is when you are faced with something like that, you sometimes completely lose control. As I said before I had something similar happen, my daughter wasn't being molested at the time, and I didn't kill the person. It was more of a psychological attack on my daughter and I snapped and beat the bitches head in that did it, I never intended to kill her, the thought never even crossed my mind, I was protecting my daughter and I was so stunned that she would say something like she did to a 9 year old little kid that I was actually half in shock when I attacked her. I mean I regret it, even though I talk about it like I am bragging, I am really not, I should have had more self control because I could have gotten into a lot of trouble. But my daughter has no doubt that I love her and would protect her from anything, she shouldn't have had any doubts before, but if she did they were erased after that night.

The whole reason this all happened was because A. this woman has a bi-racial baby, 2 years old at the time, and told her 18 year old son that if he didn't get this ni**er (hate that word, my nieces and nephews are bi-racial) bitch away from her she was going to beat her fucking head in. B. Told my 9 year old daughter that she didn't really have ADHD, that she was just a spoiled brat who used a fake medical condition to get her way (she is 9 for fucks sake) and that if she was her daughter she would have just beaten the fake ADHD out of her C. I was stewing and told her to shut the fuck up after the first two but what she said next is WHAT DID IT!!! She told my same 9 year old daughter that she was just as big of a liar for claiming she was molested at 5, said she wasn't really molested, it was just another way for her to get attention and act like a brat by trying to get people into trouble! (both of my daughters were molested, medical proof, and the boy was prosecuted and pled guilty), told her that her mom (me) should have beat her ass for lying about people! I don't really even remember getting off the chair or walking toward her, I was in shock and stunned I think. My older daughter grabbed the kids when she seen me stand up and brought them to my room. She apparently walked into my older daughters room like nothing happened and I followed her, said some words to her and just proceeded to beat the living shit out of her, her son pulled me off of her. I honestly do not remember half of what I did, the next thing I really remember is her son saying that's enough Jess, that's enough. HER OWN SON said she deserved what she had gotten, he said he didn't want me to go to jail for killing her, he was sticking up for me.

So honestly, I do think there are sometimes that you really do black out with rage like you have never felt before and you really act with emotion instead of your brain. If I would have been thinking I would have made her leave, called the law on her and had her removed from my house etc. but I wasn't using my brain I was using my mommy emotions and everything else was blocked out. I could have killed her without even realizing it. All I was thinking about was the look on my daughter's face as the words sank in of what this person who she had thought of as an aunt had said to her, the range of emotions. Utter disbelief, heartbreak and shame, because she was reminded about being molested (she should NEVER have to feel that way she is the VICTIM) tears (that she tried to hide), then just sat there in stunned silence with tears rolling down her cheeks. How dare that cunt re-victimize my daughter like that and be so cruel about it. Then just go along like she had done nothing wrong, that is probably one of the only times in my life that the saying I saw red truly made sense to me.

That is my messed up story about how I literally snapped on someone over my kids. I would do it again too because I don't give a shit what you say or do to me, but you don't ever, ever mess with one of my kids. Especially try to mind fuck an already emotionally, sexually abused 9 year old who has been going to counseling to deal with the issues of being molested. Sorry, some may think I was completely wrong, but I don't care, I did what I had to do to protect my daughter, I may have went about it in the wrong way, but as I said when it happened I couldn't think of anything but my baby's face after what she said, everything else was blocked out.

Shiner, TX – More information regarding the man who beat another man to death after catching him sexually molesting his daughter, painting a better picture of what transpired that day. Still no names, though.
A 23-year-old father was barbecuing with his family on a rural, trademark ranch when his 5-year-old daughter ran behind a nearby barn to feed some chickens.
Some time later the girl’s father heard her screaming and ran to investigate. There, behind the barn, he found a 47-year-old acquaintance of the family in the the act of sexually assaulting his daughter.
The father pulled the man off and repeatedly punched him in the head before calling 911 to inform police of what happened. By time they arrived, the unidentified man was already dead. A preliminary autopsy report shows the man had died from blunt-force head and neck injuries.
The man was known in the area for his horse=grooming capabilities and had arrived at the ranch with a few other people. While the father’s family knew the man, it has not been reported if he was known to the girl or her father. Well, before the introduction behind the barn.

A grand jury next week will consider whether to file charges against a Texas father who said he beat to death a man who was attempting to sexually assault his 5-year-old daughter, the district attorney for Lavaca County said on Friday.

In court papers, Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon said evidence found at the scene appeared to substantiate the father's account.

"The man's pants and underwear were down and his genitals were exposed," Harmon said. "In addition, all of the physical evidence and several detailed witness statements corroborated the father's statement."

McMinn said she determined on Friday that the case should be reviewed by a grand jury.

"Sheriff Harmon made the right decision in not arresting the father at the time of the incident," she said.

McMinn said the father was "very remorseful and did not intend to kill Jesus Flores."

Harmon said Flores had been hired by the family to groom horses and perform other chores.

A young Texas father who beat to death with his fists a man molesting his 5-year-old daughter will not be charged, authorities said Tuesday as they released a dramatic 911 tape of the dad frantically pleading for help before the hired ranch helper died.

A Lavaca County grand jury Tuesday declined to indict the 23-year-old father in the death of Jesus Mora Flores, 47. Prosecutors said the grand jury reached same conclusion as police after reviewing the evidence: The father was authorized to use deadly force to protect his daughter.

Flores was killed June 9 on a family ranch so remote that the father is heard profanely screaming at a dispatcher who couldn’t locate the property.

“Come on! This guy is going to die on me!” the father yells. “I don’t know what to do!”

The tense, nearly five-minute 911 call begins with the father saying that he “beat up” a man found raping his daughter. The father grows increasingly frazzled, cursing and crying into the phone so loudly at times that the call often becomes inaudible.

At one point tells the dispatcher he’s going to put the man in his truck and drive him to a hospital before sheriff’s deputies finally arrive.

“He’s going to die!” the father screams. “He’s going to (expletive) die!”

V’Anne Huser, the father’s attorney, sternly told reporters several times during a news conference at the Lavaca County courthouse that neither the father nor the family will ever give interviews.

“He’s a peaceable soul,” Huser said. “He had no intention to kill anybody that day.”

On Tuesday, a new “No Trespassing” sign was freshly tacked onto a gate barring entrance down a gravelly, shrub-canopied path leading to the barn and chicken coop on the ranch. Authorities say the attack happened near the barn.

Across the street, neighbor Michael James Veit, 48, described the father as easygoing and polite — down to always first asking permission to search his property for animals that had wandered off the ranch, even though the families have long known each other.

“They won’t find a jury pool here that will convict him,” Veit said.

On Tuesday, a*Lavaca County grand jury decided not to indict the 23-year-old father who beat 47-year-old Jesus Mora Flores to death after he caught Flores in the act of raping his 5-year-old daughter. Prosecutors said the grand jury agreed with police, in that the father was within his rights to protect his*daughter*with deadly force, after they reviewed evidence that included the father’s 911 call.
The father and her daughter were on their family’s rural farm having a*barbecue*when someone witnessed Flores, a casual*acquaintance*of the father’s family, *forcibly carrying the father’s daughter to a secluded area near a barn. After being informed, the father ran towards his daughter’s screams and found Flores in the*process*of sexually assaulting her. The father pulled Flores away and delivered a series of blows to Flores’s head that proved fatal.
In the 911 call the father made after the beating, you can hear a man who was absolutely frantic and trying everything he could do to save Flores. At one point he grew so distraught over the dispatcher’s inability to find the family’s farm that, at times, his yelling became inaudible.…

This guy's a good man, and I hope that he can forgive himself for killing the perv to protect his daughter. He has nothing to be ashamed of. The guy is dead, but it's his own fault for choosing to sexually assault a little girl.
