Stephanie Marie Livingston, 23, was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital following in the incident, which police say happened just before 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Pisgah State Road in Carroll Township.
Livingston was charged with disorderly conduct.
Bath salts are synthetic compounds that can mimic the effects of LSD, cocaine or methamphetamine. They became popular quickly last year.
In response, the state enacted a ban on bath salts and synthetic marijuana that took effect in August.

Stephanie M. Livingston, 23, of Shermans Dale was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after police say she removed her clothing and was running through a neighbor’s field in the 200 block of Pisgah State Road in Carroll Township at 10:55 a.m. May 8.
She was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital by ambulance, and bath salts are suspected to be the cause of the behavior, according to police.
