    Jonathon Rodriguez Doesnt Take Break Ups Well,Ran Down Ex After She Dumped Him

    SAN ANTONIO -
    A woman who tried to break up with her boyfriend ended up with a broken leg instead, and she blames her boyfriend for her injuries, according to an arrest affidavit.

    San Antonio police arrested Jonathon Rodriguez, 28, Saturday in connection with the April 7 incident.

    The arrest affidavit stated the woman told police it happened right after she told Rodriguez she was breaking up with him.
    Witnesses said they saw Rodriguez cursing and yelling at the woman just before he drove his vehicle onto a sidewalk near Loma Vista and S. Picoso streets and hit her.

    The girlfriend was taken to a nearby hospital where doctors determined she suffered a broken leg.

    The affidavit stated police searched for Rodriguez immediately after the crash but couldn’t find him. They finally tracked him down this past weekend.
