On Facebook: Toddler Holds Loaded Gun For Bikie Father

A BIKIE has posted on Facebook a photo of his little girl holding a loaded gun. Bullets are clearly visible in the chamber.The man, believed he is an associate of the Rebels motorcycle gang, one of Victoria's more dangerous gangs, was arrested during a raid yesterday at a home in north west Melbourne, the Herald Sun reports.


Police allegedly found a silver handgun in his bedroom.
The man faced an out-of-session court hearing last night and was charged with firearms offences.
He was being investigated in relation to an armed robbery and was prohibited from having firearms, the court was told. He will appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court today.


Australian childhood Foundation CEO Joe Tucci said the photo of the child with the gun was irresponsible and normalised something very dangerous to a child.


"It's blurring the line between fantasy and reality," Dr Tucci said. "The child may think it is a toy gun to play with. But it is a gun to be used for violence.
"It is not a game unless it is treated like a game.
