This is right by me! I could actually be called for jury duty on this one. I remember them searching for Roy Bell, the guy facing the death penalty, he absconded after they arrested the other two guys charged.
The third Fulton County murder suspect was arrested Friday afternoon.
According to Starke Police, around 2 p.m. they received a tip from a citizen saying where Roy Bell was located. Bell is accused of breaking into a Fulton County home and murdering 81-year-old Wilma Upsall.
Police also arrested 25-year-old William Scroggs of Delong and 34-year-old Jason Miller of Plymouth the night of the car chase. They are faced with murder, burglary, and robbery charges. Bell faces the same charges as Scroggs and Miller.

According to the documents, Jason Miller told investigators the three men forced Upsall into a chair and tied her up with a phone cord. They then ransacked the home stealing guns, ammunition, and jewelry.
Miller told investigators he and Scroggs had walked out of the home and were waiting for Bell when they heard gunshots. They then saw Bell walk out with two guns in his hands. According to the documents, Bell told them that Upsall had seen his face and he had to kill her.
The county coroner said that Upsall was shot multiple times in the back.
