HOMER CITY, Pa. -
Police say a husband and wife have been charged with sexually assaulting and raping a teenage girl over a three-year period.
The Indiana Gazette (http://bit.ly/ISukFr ) reports Wednesday that 83-year-old Ralph Duncan allegedly began assaulting the girl in 2009 when she was 13, and then began raping her last year.
Officials say Duncan's wife, 34-year-old Katherine Duncan, knew about the alleged crimes and aided in them.

Ralph Duncan was charged with rape, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children.

Katherine Duncan was charged with conspiracy to commit rape, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children.

According to court papers, Ralph Duncan was released after posting $50,000 bail and his wife was released on $25,000 bail.

HOMER CITY -- Two Homer City residents have been charged with sexually assaulting and raping a teenage girl over a three-year period.

State police at Indiana accused Ralph Duncan, 83, of sexually assaulting the teen starting in May 2009 when she was 13, and escalated to raping the girl starting in the spring of 2011. The victim is now 16.
Police said Duncan continued to rape the victim until she was able to disclose the incidents to a friend on Facebook on the Internet. The friend called the state police and officers checked on the welfare of the victim, according to police. The teen then disclosed the incidents to investigators.

Police also said Katherine Duncan, 34, knew about the assaults and rapes and aided Ralph Duncan in committing the crimes against the girl. According to a court official, the Duncans are husband and wife.

Ralph Duncan was charged with rape, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children, according to court papers. Katherine Duncan was charged with conspiracy to commit rape, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children.[...]

83 and 34? That's like May-December... of different years. At 34, an 83yo would make my skin crawl. At 13, it would make my skin crawl off and curl up in a corner and rot.

Brush Valley Couple Facing Rape Charges

BRUSH VALLEY TOWNSHIP, INDIANA COUNTY--- State Police in Indiana County charged Ralph and Katherine Duncan with rape, indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Troopers said Ralph Duncan, 83, began sexually abusing a victim when she was 13 years old starting in the spring of 2009. In 2011 police said the assault escalated to rape.

The victim recently disclosed the incidents to a friend on Facebook who contacted State Police.

"We are very thankful the friend went to police about what was happening,' said Trooper John Matchik.

Katherine Duncan, 34, admitted to police that she new about the assaults and aided Duncan in committing the crime.

"She went as far as to buy the condoms for him to use," said Matchik.

The victim is now 16-years old.

"This is absolutely heartbreaking and disturbing," said Matchik.

The Duncan's are out on bond, the investigation is on going.

I'll bet he's known his wife since she was born (49 year difference) probably "married" her at a young age and now he needing someone a little bit younger to keep him feeling young. Probably been lots of little girls, truth be known, before his wife, and since his wife with her help. Disgusting old pervert.
