Inmate Keith Judd, 53, is serving 17 years for extortion at the Beaumont Federal Correctional Institution. He was sentenced in 1999 for making threats against the University of New Mexico and is due to be released on June 24 next year.
With 93 per cent of precincts reporting, Obama was receiving just under 60 per cent of the vote to Judd's 40 per cent.

Its cause EVERYONE is tired of being broke and poor. Even those who make really good money can barely afford to live. I would vote for a rock at this point if it would get that man out of office.

People are stupid. They don't have the first clue how the government works. You want a good example look at freaking Michigan especially Detroit. In the past they've picked some real winners. Not only have they elected shady politicians they re-elect them.
It's sad how much people don't give a shit as long as it ain't this or that guy. Granted not like any of us have real say in the Presidential Election. Our process still uses the college which is old and outdated anyway. We have the technology for every vote to count we just don't use it.

Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett is threatening to keep President Obama’s name off the state’s ballot in November unless he receives confirmation from Hawaii that it has a valid birth certificate on file for him.

Bennett, who spoke to Arizona radio host Mike Broomhead Thursday, said he requested the confirmation eight weeks ago and has not gotten it. Hawaii, he said, does not have to supply a certified copy of the birth certificate, merely send him an email confirming that it has one.

Even if the original 1991 brochure’s listing of Kenya as Obama’s birthplace was in error, as the agency has since claimed, it apparently was an error Obama allowed his publicist to persist in for over a decade.
