Mom Helps Clueless Teen Sext Her Much Older Boyfriend

A Duchesne County woman is facing felony charges after investigators say she took nude photos of her teenage daughter knowing the girl intended to send them to an Oregon man.

Prosecutors charged the 35-year-old woman this week in 8th District Court with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.

The woman's 13-year-old daughter told Duchesne County sheriff's detectives that her 30-year-old boyfriend from Oregon provided her with a cellphone and requested that she send him naked pictures of herself.

The girl said her mother took three photos of her after the girl couldn't figure out how to do it herself, according to charging documents. The nude photos were then sent to the Oregon man, the charges state.

Detectives also interviewed the girl's mother. She corroborated her daughter's statement and said she knew the girl planned to send the photos to the man in Oregon, according to the charges.

Detectives in Utah contacted authorities in Oregon, who are now investigating the allegations against the man accused of requesting and receiving the photos.

The boyfriend, a 30-year-old man from Oregon, reportedly sent the teen a cellphone and requested that she send him nude photos of herself. And while most teen girls I know can work a cellphone in their sleep, this one was apparently confused with all the buttons and stuff. Enter Mother of the Year….
In what can only be an effort to win “cool points” with the teen, mom snapped about three photos of the kid in her birthday suit and forwarded them to the aging pervert in Oregon, police said.
During questioning, mom admitted that she was fully aware of the relationship between her daughter and the older man, and was also aware that her daughter intended to send him nude pics.*She was promptly charged*with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.
Detectives in Utah have been in contact with authorities in Oregon, and the man accused of requesting and receiving said photos is now under investigation.…

This is completely DISGUSTING to me... mom should have took the dam phone away when she found out about a boyfriend wanting nekkid pictures... much less a dam 30 year old boyfriend... that is just sick and twisted, and mom is completely fucked up and needs some intense parenting classes... no telling what this poor kid has been thru in her short life with this dumbass for a mother! ugh!

Daniel Dean Divine was booked Monday into the Deschutes County Adult Jail in Bend, Ore. He is charged in Utah's 8th District Court with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony, and one count of enticing a minor over the Internet, a class A misdemeanor.

Divine, 30, sent an iPhone to a 13-year-old Utah girl and asked her to send him nude photos of herself, according to the affidavit used to obtain the arrest warrant.

"(The girl) stated she realized Daniel was older and wanted to have sex, so she took the photos just to keep him happy," the affidavit states. "(The girl) asked her mother to take the photos of her when she could not figure out how to make the camera on the iPhone work."

Duchesne County sheriff's detectives say the girl's mother obliged her daughter's request, taking three nude photos of the teen.

"(The mother) stated she asked (her daughter) if she was sure she wanted to send these photos to Daniel," the affidavit states.

The woman, who is 35, also told investigators that Divine is a "very good friend of the family" and that her daughter and Divine planned to wait until the girl was 18 years old to engage in a sexual relationship.

Divine is in custody in a Deschutes County, Ore., jail, awaiting extradition to Utah.

Police say the man sent the girl the iPhone and a camera, which already had on it photos of the man, shirtless and holding a teddy bear the girl had once given him as a Valentine’s Day gift.

A Duchesne County woman has admitted that she took nude photos of her teenage daughter so the girl could send them to an Oregon man.

The 35-year-old woman pleaded guilty Thursday in 8th District Court to one count of child abuse, a third-degree felony. She was initially charged in May with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony, and now faces a possible sentence of up to 5 years in prison when she is sentenced Feb. 14.
