It appears to have been originally uploaded to WorldStarHipHop and then someone uploaded it to LiveLeak in January. It's been removed from WSHH. You can tell by the titles in both places that the uploaders were NOT AMUSED by these antics. Other than the people in the video, I can't imagine anyone is amused.

That is a good idea rockin ma, , but I really don't know if a crime has been committed. If you really wanted to find their identity, I wouldn't edit anything. Other than aping in poor taste they are not guilty of a crime as far as I know. I say just post it.

Simulating a sex act on a minor is illegal. Conviction may be tough as his actions don't seem to be for sexual gratification -- or maybe it was considering how long he went and the different positions he used.

I guess the next question is, is possessing this material illegal. Tapes of a crime are not illegal, Howver Child pornagraphy, and possesion of, is. I'm thinking this might be led but not sex. Therefore, it could be argued that the tape is not illegal.
