Well, since they live in a large city I doubt she was the only dentist around, @Nell. If I was dating a dentist (NEVER would) and had a dental emergency shortly after dumping him, I would still go to him. Being of sound mind is a dating requirement for me!

We don't know the relationship in question. She could have been abusive to him, she could have been the culprit in this relationship. Unlikely, of course, but possible. She should receive a lengthy prison sentence, have her license revoked, and foot the bill for all necessary oral surgery.
