Parents charged with neglect for speeding with 5 kids not seatbelted

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Two Boynton Beach parents made their first appearance in court today after driving their five children without seat belts.

They also asked officers to take their children to DCF during the traffic stop.

Katrina Allison and Warren Brown are charged with five counts of child neglect after they were pulled over for speeding and officers saw their five children unrestrained and standing in the back seat of the car.

When officers asked Allision to call family to bring car seats for the children, Allison told officers to call DCF because they no longer wanted the children and would leave them in the parking lot if officers did not take them.

The children were given to relatives and the parents arrested.

A mother and father are behind bars on charges of child neglect after they were prepared to abandon their children on the side of the highway, police said.

That's where they said they found five children -- the oldest of whom was only 5 years old -- inside the car and not wearing their seat belts.

One of the children was playing with scissors, one had an untreated skin rash and two were standing up on the back seat, according to a Boynton Beach police report.
[..] She also threatened to "unload all those ****ing kids and leave them in the roadway," the report said.
Police said the parents started taking the children out of the car, saying they couldn't handle them anymore. Officers resolved the matter by taking the children into their custody after arresting the parents.

5 Kids under 5yo and all of a sudden cant handle them
Thats easy keep your legs closed,better to take the babies now before we see them on FP b/c mom and dad suffocated them or started a fire that kills them
They say they dont want them and were prepared to dump them if they give them back they will end up dead
