Police said they were called to the 5500 block of Brown Street several times on April 6 about Shane Forrest Evilsizer's combative behavior.
While there, authorities discovered Evilsizer had killed his dog and went into his neighbor's home uninvited and attempted to sexually assault her. Evilsizer also seriously injured his neighbor's dog when it tried to protect its' owner.
Evilsizer has been charged with two counts of cruelty to animals, one count of breaking and entering and one count of attempted first-degree rape.

Evilsizer was jailed under a $305,000 bond.
