http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/201...ying_on_d.htmlWilliam E. Rhode III, 61, entered Mandee Clothing in the Meadtown shopping center Tuesday wearing only long underwear and a blue t-shirt, police said.
Rhode asked for help trying on a dress, according to Lt. John Schwartz.
A female employee gave him the dress to try on and he asked her to stay outside the dressing room so he could show her how it looked once it was on, Schwartz said.
When Rhode came out of the dressing room, he allegedly said the dress did not fit, began a sexually explicit conversation with the employee and touched himself, showing the employee that he had urinated on himself. Rhode then allegedly asked her for her phone number before fleeing the store.
This is the third time he has been arrested for similar behavior, Schwartz said. The first arrest came in 2002 for an incident at The Apple Montessori School and again in 2004 for an incident at Kinnelon Borough Hall. Rhode went to the municipal building wearing a diaper under his pants to apply for a public defender, a day after he had pleaded not guilty to a motor vehicle violation in municipal court. When the court administrator stepped away from the counter to get him the necessary paperwork, Rhode soiled his diaper, Schwartz said. When the court employee returned, she gave him the paperwork, and Rhode left.

Borough police Lt. John Schwartz said Rhode appeared at the shop wearing a blue shirt and suspiciously wet, long underwear and asked to try on a pink dress valued at $12.99.
“You can tell me how it looks on me,” Schwartz said that Rhode informed the clerk, who let Rhode into a changing room but called a supervisor and then police. Rhode, it was reported, emerged from the changing room, leaving the pink dress soiled in the fitting room before he relieved himself on the store floor, according to a criminal complaint.
In 2004, Rhode was charged with multiple counts of endangering the welfare of children by hanging around day care centers and preschools wearing a dirty diaper and tights.

Schwartz said Rhode inquired about a job and then proceeded to defecate in his pants. In the 2004 incident, police also said he defecated in his pants while speaking to a court clerk.
"We know he gets sexual pleasure from this," Schwartz said.
