WHITE COUNTY, TN. (WRCB) -- A Middle Tennessee Endangered Child Alert is being issued for 5-year-old Abrianne Davis, 4-year-old Clifton Rice and 1-year-old Breanna Rice by the White County Sheriff's Department.

Abrianne is a white female, hair and eye color are unknown. She is 3'3" tall and weighs 58 lbs.

Clifton is a white male, hair and eye color are unknown. He is 3'2" tall and weighs 48 lbs.

Breanna is a white female, hair and eye color is unknown. She is 2'4" tall and weighs 35 lbs. A photo of Breanna is unavailable.

The children were to be placed into protective custody on March 29. Prior to this they were taken by their non-custodial mother, Tiffany Tolbert-Rice.

Tiffany is a white female with red hair and blue eyes. She is 5'2" tall and weighs 150lbs.

They may be traveling in a 1999 green Oldsmobile Bravada with TN license plate 722WFH.

Sounds like the mom nabbed them right before they were to be placed in protective custody . Or perhaps was in the process of losing custody and left with them . I assumed that when your children were taken into protective custody the authorities just collected them . This sounds like the mom got a heads up before it happened .But I'm not very familiar with how cps works .

I thought the same thing that they just came and took them. I'm thinking she had a welfare check done and after the social worker left she bailed before she could come back to take the kids. They cannot take the kids right on the spot most of time (I don't believe) I think there has to be paperwork filed and they sometimes have to have a signed order by a judge to remove the kdis. That's why the often have uniform officer present to assist since it's a legal process. The officers don't go on welfare checks so I assumed they come back and take the kids at another time unless the find the kids are in immediate danger. So apparently she had the check and knew that they would be coming back to take the children. How she knew is uncertain by the article but she may have just known she was a shitty mom and they would be back so she ran. Who knows at this point.

I think its odd , and sad there is no picture available for the one year old . I mean usually someone has a picture of the children online , even if its not the mom or dad . I know a few people avoid it for privacy , but almost everyone I know has pictures of their babies on face book .

It is odd. Not to mention the picture of the 4 year old boy is obivously very very dated. Like nobody took this child's picture in a least 2 years. Very weird.
