Kellie & Sean O’Dea Accused Of Forcing Friends Teen Son Watch Them Have Sex

HOUSTON—A Harris County couple was facing charges Wednesday after investigators say they made their friends’ teenage son watch them have sex.

Kellie Rae O’Dea, 37, and Sean Martin O’Dea, 39, are charged with indecency with a child.

According to court documents, the 16-year-old victim had known the O’Deas since he was 10 years old. He said they were friends of his parents.

The teen told Harris County investigators that he would often spend time with the O’Deas without his parents, and that the couple frequently hosted parties, where he was allowed to drink alcohol without his parents’ consent.

The teen said on February 4, 2012, the O’Deas hosted a pre-Super Bowl party at their home, which he attended.

He said he was supplied with alcohol at the party, and that Kellie O’Dea kissed him several times during the event.

After the rest of the guests left, the teen said the O’Deas invited him to watch them have sex, saying that they wouldn’t tell anyone about it.

The teen said he eventually consented, and watched the couple have sex in their bedroom. Afterward, he said they asked if he enjoyed it, saying that it was "a natural thing" that happened.

Charges were filed against the O’Deas on April 9, 2012.
