Jeremy Casper
CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Chesapeake police are looking for the brother of the teen found dead inside a Chesapeake mobile home early Wednesday morning.

Police confirmed 16-year-old Jordan Casper, of the 1400 block of Deep Creek Boulevard, had been shot in the head.

Casper's brother, 20-year-old Jeremy Casper, is facing charges of second degree murder, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

"What I heard was the two brothers were in there playing with a gun. The older brother, basically, the gun went off and shot the younger brother," neighbor Bill Herring said.

Investigators have not released any information regarding the circumstances of the shooting, other than to say officers were called to the home just before 2 a.m. for the report of an injured person. When officers arrived on scene, they found Casper and pronounced him dead.

Jeremy was last seen in a 2000 black Jeep Cherokee, with the license plate XAP-3456.

Neighbor Daniel Barr added, "They used to...walk up and down the street, work on bikes, play video games and do normal brother type stuff."
