A Cobb County man is accused of raping and impregnating his 11-year-old distant cousin, according to Smyrna police.
Martin Nolasco, 21, is being held without bond in the Cobb County jail since his arrest last week, booking records show.

Nolasco, of Smyrna, has been charged with aggravated child molestation, two counts of felony child molestation and statutory rape for allegedly having sex with an 11-year-old, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the AJC.

The three alleged assaults happened between Jan. 1 and Feb. 14 at Nolasco's apartment, the warrant states.

When the girl started feeling ill at school, family members took her to the doctor, Officer Michael Smith with Smyrna police told the AJC. A doctor confirmed the girl's pregnancy last week, Smith said.

Nolasco is also being held on an immigration violation

I have never ever said to myself "oh wow I hope she gets an abortion," until now. Jesus just...I am at a loss right now. 11y/o and she has to deal with the trauma of not only being raped by a member of her family but also being pregnant. Talk about innocence lost.
Someone needs to wipe this sick fuck off the face of the earth.

I agree the poor CHILD! all the emotional scars, the embarassment, and now the physical scars this child will hold for ever over this, he is a sick bastard! I pray the parents do get her some counseling and an abortion, this poor kid. :-(
